Abstract

Manusia menjalankan kehidupan selalu membutuhkan orang lain. Aktivitas seperti jual beli sangat memerlukan bantuan agar segalanya bisa terselesai-kan. Wakalah sebagai bentuk transaksi yang mewakilkan orang lain, meng-alami perubahan-perubahan karena kondisi zaman. Seperti seorang yang me-minta pembuat bangunan untuk mewakilkan penyelesaikan pembangunan rumahnya. Transparansi harga yang tidak jelas dalam traksaksi menjadi per-soalan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuannya menganalisis jual beli wakalah ini agar sesuai dengan ketentuan akad dan hukum ekonomi syariah. Metode peneliti-an adalah fielt resech, yaitu menelaah kasus yang terjadi kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan literatur dan hukum Islam. Akad jual beli wakalah yang terjadi menjadi batal karena tidak memenuhi rukun dan syarat berupa ketidakjujuran dan tidak ada transparansi harga dari orang yang diwakilkan.

Abstract

The background of this study is fluctuations in production targets, due to the problem of raw material supply and labor at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, Bandung Regency which affects the production target. This research aims to determine the effect of raw material and labor supplies on production targets simultaneously and partially at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, Bandung Regency. Type of quantitative research using associative methods. The data used is primary data.  Collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews with employees of the companies studied. The population is all production employees at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, totaling 24 people with a sample of 24 people. Research results at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri show that there is a significant influence between Raw Material Inventory on production targets of 14.5% for the R^2 test, with t test results where the t_count>t_table value (1.934 > 1.321) means that H_1 is accepted, there is a significant influence between Labor on Production Targets of 61.4% for the R^2 test, with t test results where the t_count > t_table value (5.917 > 1.321) means that H_1 is accepted, and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the supply of raw materials and labor on the production target of 61.8% for the R^2 test, with the F test results where the value of F_count > F_table (16.974 > 3 .44).

Abstract

The background of this study is the issue of organizational culture such as employees who are accustomed to leaving the office prematurely and the work environment such as inadequate storage facilities that cause untidiness in the employee's workspace. This study aims to determine how organizational culture and work environment influence employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Tirta Investama DC Bandung. The type of research is quantitative with an associative method. The collection technique is through questionnaires, observations and interviews with employees of the company being studied. The population is all production employees at PT Tirta Investama DC Bandung, totaling 114 people with a sample of 54 people. The results of the study at PT Tirta Investama Distribution Center Bandung showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance of 44.4% with the results of t count > t table (6.442 > 1.298) meaning H1 was accepted, there was a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance of 28.1% with the results of t count > t table (4.503> 1.298) meaning H1 was accepted, and simultaneously there was a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance of 51% with the results of the F test f count > f table (26.550> 2.19).
