Abstract

Beradaptasi dengan sesuatu yang baru adalah suatu keharusan, suka tidak suka saat ini kita menghadapi atau bahkan melaksanakan sebuah tatanan baru (new normal) pandemi virus corona. Sebuah fakta, sejak lama manusia sudah beradaptasi dengan beberapa jenis virus yang pernah mewabah di muka bumi seperti HIV, SARS, MERS, bahkan Cacar air sekalipun. Kini yang bisa dilakukan untuk beradaptasi dengan virus yaitu memproteksi diri dengan menjaga kesehatan tubuh serta menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kunci menghadapi new normal terkait dengan pandemi covid-19 ini adalah, menjaga imun tubuh, selalu memakai masker, sesering mungkin cuci tangan, dan hindari kerumunan. Pandemi ini sulit berlalu bahkan setiap hari selalu ada kasus baru karena kurangnya komitmen, kepatuhan bersama dan gotong royong dari masyarakat.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan untuk mengingatkan masyarakat agar selalu memakai masker, menghindari kerumunan dan sesering mungkin mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih atau handsanitizer untuk mengurangi tingkat penyebaran virus covid-19 menjelang bulan suci ramadhan ini tahun ini. Selain itu, pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami membagikan makanan untuk berbuka puasa bagi masyarakat yang menjalankan ibadah puasa.Kata Kunci : New Normal, Virus Covid-19, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Kesehatan

Abstract

The background of this study is fluctuations in production targets, due to the problem of raw material supply and labor at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, Bandung Regency which affects the production target. This research aims to determine the effect of raw material and labor supplies on production targets simultaneously and partially at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, Bandung Regency. Type of quantitative research using associative methods. The data used is primary data.  Collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews with employees of the companies studied. The population is all production employees at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri, totaling 24 people with a sample of 24 people. Research results at PT Tirta Gracia Semesta Mandiri show that there is a significant influence between Raw Material Inventory on production targets of 14.5% for the R^2 test, with t test results where the t_count>t_table value (1.934 > 1.321) means that H_1 is accepted, there is a significant influence between Labor on Production Targets of 61.4% for the R^2 test, with t test results where the t_count > t_table value (5.917 > 1.321) means that H_1 is accepted, and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the supply of raw materials and labor on the production target of 61.8% for the R^2 test, with the F test results where the value of F_count > F_table (16.974 > 3 .44).

Abstract

The textile industry has been growing rapidly, even the growth of textile products exceeds the growth of the national economy. The demand for textile products is not only for domestic consumption but also for export. In an effort to meet quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction, quality control of fabric production is very important, especially in controlling fabric production defects. The types of defects that exist in fabrics are holes, stains, rare defects due to broken/lost threads, floating, color fading, broken patterns, double threads, thick threads (slubs), mixed ends, pin marks, and others. In this research, a system is designed that can detect production defects in fabrics using machine learning-based image processing methods using Raspberry Pi. The types of defects modeled are sparse defects and stain defects, or in factory terms often called slap defects. The test results show that this system has an average frame per second (FPS) of 4.85, an average inference time of 181.1 ms, with an image classification result accuracy of 98.4%
