Abstract

The digital era of the application of information technology continues to develop and faces the development of information technology, must be able to follow and adapt to skills and innovations in the form of support for supporting devices to produce such as the design model of an electronic album of files as governance to overcome the unorganized and unsustainable flow of files and their descriptions. as well as the situation of the availability of files for institutional or personal interests and needs that are not yet available on an ongoing basis. The Electronic Album Design for Files in the Digital Era Towards Good Faculty Governance was prepared using a strategic theme and issue approach set out in the Master Plan for Development of the Esa Unggul University and the method used was based on a descriptive qualitative approach by taking into account the study of supporting literature as a basis for discussion and observation or observations that are supported by a tiered paradigm such as the waterfall paradigm with a series of stages such as requirements to analyze complete requirements and determine software requirements then design or design through a diagram form to facilitate the implementation and integration process and system maintenance so that it can run well . With a series of stages from a waterfall paradigm, the process of forming electronic album files can be generated by utilizing a combination of storage techniques in one place and hyperlink techniques to increase work effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Pulau Seribu merupakan pusat administrasi dan pemerintahan Kabupaten Administratif Kepulauan Seribu. Selain keindahan wisata bawah lautnya, Pulau Seribu menawarkan berbagai tujuan wisata menarik, termasuk trip fishing. Trip fishing di Pulau Seribu memerlukan kapal dan penentuan lokasi aman untuk memancing, sehingga wisatawan perlu memiliki tiket kapal terlebih dahulu. KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang transportasi yang menyediakan tiket wisata ke Pulau Seribu dan trip fishing. Namun, hingga saat ini, KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta belum memiliki website pemesanan tiket untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnisnya secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan website pemesanan tiket wisata dan trip fishing dengan integrasi Midtrans sebagai metode pembayaran yang memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi secara online. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall menggunakan framework Laravel. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black-Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT), yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa website berhasil mendukung proses bisnis dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah website pemesanan tiket wisata dan trip fishing yang dilengkapi dengan fitur utama seperti sign-up, login, home/dashboard, paket wisata & trip fishing (transaction), payment, list transaction, dan about us. Website ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta sekaligus memperluas jangkauan pelanggan, termasuk mereka yang berada di luar Pulau Jawa

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology necessitates the adoption of efficient and sustainable system development strategies. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of four reuse service approaches within the framework of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), namely API & Service Standardization, Microservices Architecture, API-First Development, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). The research method employed is a literature review of recent scholarly sources, along with an evaluation of the effectiveness of each approach in terms of time efficiency, cost, and resource utilization. The findings indicate that each strategy possesses distinct characteristics and contextual advantages, with the API-First approach deemed the most flexible in supporting service integration and modular system development. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the selection of reuse strategies be aligned with organizational needs and the complexity of the systems being developed.

Abstract

The paradigm for how society seeks and obtains information has changed as a result of the rapid advancement of information technology in recent years. Newspapers, audiovisual materials, and electronic sources are no longer the only sources available; other sources of information, such as the internet, are now included. Websites are an efficient and successful way to communicate information. The management of a school benefits greatly from online admission of new pupils, which makes it simpler to conduct monitoring and evaluation in an effort to raise the standard of instruction. Database-supporting information technology infrastructure is required to raise the caliber of education. Many secondary schools still manage new student admissions data in an unintegrated manner, which prevents them from providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive information about education, enhancing teachers' proficiency in the area of information technology, as well as providing parents and children with accurate and superior quality information. Students and the general public can readily access the web-based information system for SMA Mardi Waluya Cibinong to obtain information about the school

Abstract

The digital era requires companies to implement efficient archive management systems to support operational activities and accurate decision-making. Archive management that is not optimally integrated can lead to low operational efficiency, delayed access to information, and increased risks of data loss and management errors. This study aims to develop a web-based digital archive management system to improve the efficiency of archive management in companies by automating the processes of recording, storage, retrieval, as well as archive borrowing and returning, supported by role-based access control. The system was designed using an object-oriented modeling approach, while system testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods. The results show that the developed system improves archive management efficiency, accelerates information access, and reduces the risks of data loss and management errors, indicating that the system is well accepted and capable of supporting increased productivity in corporate archive management.

Abstract

PT. Astha Tunggal Makmur menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam pengelolaan proyek desain interior yang masih mengandalkan proses manual, sehingga menyebabkan inefisiensi komunikasi dan kesulitan pemantauan progres secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sistem informasi layanan desain interior berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan fitur analisis risiko otomatis menggunakan Natural Language Processing (NLP). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Fitur NLP diterapkan untuk memindai kata kunci negatif dalam laporan progres harian guna mendeteksi potensi kendala proyek sejak dini. Berdasarkan pengujian fungsional menggunakan Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai harapan. Selanjutnya, evaluasi User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang melibatkan 15 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 88%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem diterima dengan kategori "Sangat Baik" dan efektif dalam meningkatkan transparansi serta efisiensi operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan tiket kapal berbasis mobile yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan reservasi tiket secara online. Aplikasi ini akan memberikan kemudahan berakses untuk mencari, memilih dan membeli tiket kapal sesuai tujuan dan jadwal yang diinginkan, serta menyediakan informasi lengkap mengenai rute, harga tiket dan ketersediaan tempat duduk. Metedologi pengembangan mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka intuitif, pengembangan sistem basis data ini untuk menyimpan informasi kapal dan tiket, serta implementasi fitur pembayaran online dan notifikasi. Aplikasi ini akan diuji melalui uji coba pengguna untuk memastikan kualitas dan kinerj. Hasil penelitian ini di harapkan dapat memberikan solusi efisien dan praktis bagi pengguna yang ingin memesan tiket kapal secara online, meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi dalam proses reservasi tiket, serta mendukung perkembangan industri perkapalan di era digital.
