Abstract

Smart city is a concept of managing city resources effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to produce a new method in designing the smart city data architecture which can be implemented and adopted easily. This study is carried out by the analysis of the city by using Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and Business System Planning (BSP) which can generate Collaboration System Methodology, a new method for designing the Smart city Data architecture.Keywords: Smart City, SSM, BSP, Collaboration System Methodology.

Abstract

The function of KUA in the activities surrounding the religion of Islam, including providing service and guidance in the area of present services in terms of marriage and reconcilement for Muslims, provide services and guidance in the field of development of Sakina, family consultation conflict or household problems, and so on. Integration between the computer and artificial intelligence into the post-wedding consulting services is one approach in overcoming the limitations of the expert (religious instructor).This research aims to identify conflict in marriage by applying Naive Bayes algorithm at the stage of determining the groups of test data (retrieve), then entered the stage of the search process of the highest similarity value by using the Nearest Neighbor algorithm (reuse). The data source and the test data used are divided into two groups, namely marriage, and history data consultation, While the group conflicts are identified will be divided into five classes, namely an employment factor, the factor of age, educational factors, factors the number of weddings, and social status.Testing is performed by the use of 12 data, consisting of 11 data cases and 1 test data. At the stage of determination of group conflict acquired test data included in group one i.e. F001 (factor of the job), so at the stage of looking for value similarities used only the base case of the class F001 i.e. KK001, KK003, and KK008. The KK001 similarity has a value of 0476, KK003 of 0882, and KK008 of 0142. The case with most high similarity value will be stored as a base case. If the value similarity obtained less than the threshold value that is 0.8, then the solution of the case will be revised by experts. The results of the calculation accuracy, using 35 new test data that gets the value of 82.86%.

Abstract

Attendance is a very important function for the employee payroll process. Calculating attendance according to the number of working days means that the listing of attendance and subsequent filing must be controlled. The Central Depot of Supplies and Transport of the Army or GUPSBEKANGAD is the central bank institution of the Indonesian armed forces headquarters, whose main mission is to provide combat logistics services and military transportation. GUPSBEKANGAD's personnel handling system is still manual, namely using attendance books and signatures. This of course affects the efficiency of data collection, data recovery and calculation of time-consuming attendance reports, so the risk of errors that lead to the loss of attendance data is getting higher. Thus, there is a requirement for an application capable of capturing attendance data and overseeing attendance reports. This research will use a prototype development methodology. It is hoped that this Army Personnel Attendance Web Application will provide convenience in the attendance process, data collection, and attendance tracking, and reduce the risk of loss and errors in listing attendance data at GPUSBEKANGAD.

Abstract

BO'Coffee is a business in the culinary sector where every day there are buying and selling transactions which of course record all types of sales transactions. The operational system used still uses manual methods which are considered vulnerable to errors in ordering and payment. This research uses the Laravel framework based on the prototype method. The aim is to increase operational efficiency through digitizing transaction processes and stock management. The prototype method was chosen because of its ability to develop iteratively and be responsive to user needs. The designed application offers convenience in managing transactions, monitoring inventory and real-time financial reporting. Test results show significant improvements in transaction time efficiency and data accuracy, supporting more effective decision making, the application functions well in all aspects tested, and all expected features can operate in accordance with the design and specifications that have been determined.

Abstract

E-konseling Psikologi adalah bentuk kontroversial dari konseling psikologis yang menggunakan teknologi komunikasi jarak jauh untuk memberikan berbagai layanan kesehatan mental. Alasan pentingnya layanan konseling psikologi dalam kampus tujuannya untuk mendukung mahasiswa mencapai kesuksesan akademis, kesehatan psikologis, serta kesejahteraan sosial dan emosional. Dikarenakan adanya kendala dalam membuat janji konseling yaitu belum adanya website sebagai media untuk buat janji dan masih dilakukan secara manual sistem penjadwalan konseling sehingga mahasiswa yang berkepentingan harus datang langsung ke lokasi kampus. Pengisian formulir janji konseling saat ini dilakukan melalui chat aplikasi WhatsApp, hal ini yang banyak memakan waktu serta pengajuannya kurang informatif. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi (SI) layanan e-konseling psikologi berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemograman ReactJS, metode pengembangan sistem dengan model prototype dan tools perancangan menggunaka sistem menggunaka Unifield Modeling Language (UML). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem yang dapat memberikan layanan e-konseling secara online mulai dari penjadwalan, proses konseling, dan memberikan rating kepuasan kepada konselor. hal ini sudah berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan black box dan System Usebility Scale (SUS) bahwa sistem telah sesuai dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh user untuk digunakan dalam proses janji konseling di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Esa Unggul

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan sudah diterapkan oleh MPR RI sejak tahun 2018 yang bersifat opensource dalam bentuk website. SIP MPR RI diterapkan untuk mengelola bahan pustaka dan berbagai tugas lainnya yang dapat membantu kinerja dari pustakawan, memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari dan mengetahui koleksi buku maupun informasi yang tersedia di Perpustakaan MPR RI. Namun dalam penerapannya terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti munculnya source code pada data identitas anggota perpustakaan, tampilan menu pada website kurang user friendly, konten digital yang diupload atau diunggah pada sistem belum cukup lengkap untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerapan SIP MPR RI untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan terhadap penerapan sistem dengan menggunakan metode HOTFIT dan UTAUT. Pada penelitian ini dilakukannya penyebaran kuesioner kepada 77 responden dengan analisis data PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah metode HOTFIT dan UTAUT dapat digunakan untuk evaluasi kesuksesan penerapan SIP MPR RI, ada 4 hubungan diterima dan 10 hubungan ditolak dari 14 hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan yang merupakan variabel yang dapat berpengaruh, kontribusi dari penelitian ini berupa diberikanya rekomendasi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesuksesan dari penerapan SIP MPR RI.

Abstract

E-commerce adalah salah satu bentuk perdagangan yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat, dengan jumlah pengguna yang cukup besar. Namun, dalam proses berbelanja online, konsumen seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan pengguna membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk menemukan barang yang diinginkan. Studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa situs web e-commerce Biostuff.id masih menampilkan rekomendasi barang secara random. Oleh karena itu, sistem rekomendasi diperlukan untuk menampilkan hasil rekomendasi barang sesuai dengan minat pengguna. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa akurat rekomendasi barang yang direkomendasikan terhadap pengguna dengan menggunakan user collaborative filtering (UCF) yang menggunakan algoritma cosine similarity berdasarkan data 16 produk, 10 user dan 80 rating barang pada Biostuff.id. Hasil analisis didasarkan pada hasil pengujian yang dilakukan berdasarkan semua neighbor. Dengan UCF dan algoritma cosine similarity memberikan hasil nilai rekomendasi saat dilakukan pengujian mean absolute error (MAE) dengan nilai rata rata MAE 2.04. Dapat disimpulkan, kurangnya data user yang memberi rating produk mempengaruhi tingkat keakuratan hasil dari rekomendasi.

Abstract

E-commerce is a profitable opportunity for SMEs, particularly in the sale of household goods like clothing. SMEs' growth in e-commerce has been driven by theCovid-19 pandemic, leading to widespread adoption ofe-commerce systems. OvintLevint, a clothing store thatstarted during the pandemic, still relies on traditionalmarketing methods like word-of-mouthrecommendations. This hampers their growth andcompetitiveness against well-known brands, requiringsignificant investment and time to overcome. Currently, OvintLevint accepts both cash and non-cashtransactions, including transfers and WhatsApp-basedpayment proofs. However, there are frequent instancesof lost transaction receipts and income recording errors. To facilitate customers and OvintLevint, an Android system is being developed for online product purchases. Equipped with a payment gateway, this system aims tosimplify customer transactions. The development usesprototyping with the Flutter framework (Dart andjQuery) for frontend, and Laravel framework (PHP andBootstrap) for backend and web administrationservices. Research findings suggest that developing a clothing e-commerce application can streamline theordering process, transaction data processing, andenhance marketing efforts.

Abstract

In the era of globalization with rapid technological advancements, government agencies must actively keep up with these developments. Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (RI) faces challenges in the survey data collection process, which is still conducted manually. This manual method leads to delays in data collection, potential data input errors, risk of data loss, and difficulties in efficient data management. This research aims to design and implement a web-based e-survey application using Laravel technology to assist the Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama RI in collecting survey data more efficiently and accurately. The application is expected to build a better survey system, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate analysis and decision-making based on the collected survey data. The development of this application uses the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which allows the development team to quickly adapt to changing requirements, improve software quality, and ensure active stakeholder involvement. The results of this research are expected to help the Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama RI improve data collection efficiency, reduce recording errors, and provide quick access to survey results. Consequently, this agency can optimize their survey data collection processes more effectively

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economy, contributing more than 60% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and creating over 97% of employment opportunities. One promising sector is the processed fish food industry, which has great potential both in domestic and international markets. However, many business players, including BUMMas Inspirasi Negeri, have yet to fully maximize this potential due to limitations in business management and a lack of innovation in product packaging and marketing. Attractive and functional packaging, along with good management, has proven to be key factors in enhancing competitiveness, extending product shelf life, and strengthening brand identity. Additionally, consumers are increasingly drawn to unique packaging innovations. In the face of challenges such as market competition and limited technology, digital marketing has become essential for promoting products. Therefore, training on business management, packaging, and marketing through digital channels is crucial. The Community Service Team (PKM) from Esa Unggul University and Ma’soem University conducted a workshop for BUMMas Inspirasi Negeri, focusing on the processed fish food industry, to help business owners enhance professionalism, creativity, and product competitiveness. The outcomes of this workshop have improved the members' understanding of business management, upgraded packaging quality, expanded market reach, facilitated transactions through digital technology, and encouraged the economic well-being of the business operators
