Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal auditors in determining the influence of internal control of good university governance at the University of Mahasaraswati Denpasar. This research belongs to the type of causal research and is also categorized as quantitative research. Variables of this study include independent variables: internal control, mediation variables: internal auditor and dependent variable: good university governance. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents who numbered 38 people from 14 courses in the environment Unmas Denpasar. The analysis tool used is SPSS V.23 path analysis. The test result showed that internal control had positive and significant effect on good university governance as shown by regression coefficient β = 0,801 and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. Internal auditors have a positive and significant role in determining the influence of control on good university governance as shown by the coefficient of sobel's z = 3.141 and sig of 0.002 <0.05

Abstract

The progress of an institution is very much determined by the quality of the human resources in it. Humans are the most important resource in an organization in achieving success. All procedures and systems that are owned by an organization will be able to run if the HR is competent. The phenomenon that often occurs is the delay of employees in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the Effect of Democratic Leadership and Communication Style on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 3 Bangli. The population in this study were 31 employees which is a total sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli, Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli.

Abstract

Desa Serangan merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata bahari di Bali. Meskipun demikian, keberhasilan pengembangan pariwisata tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola obyek wisata tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam hal pariwisata dan literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian bersifat bottom-up, yaitu pelaksana pengabdian bersama-sama dengan aparat pemerintah desa dan masyarakat mengidentifikasi pokok permasalahan dan menganalisis solusi. Program pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk kelompok nelayan dan pedagang yang merupakan binaan Bumdes Desa Serangan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan nelayan dan pedagang dalam hal pariwisata dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya nelayan khususnya ketika melayani wisatawan yang berkunjung ke wisata bahari, serta meningkatkan kemampuan pedagang dalam mengelola keuangan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal as many as 45 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that 45 people were used as samples by taking random sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. It is recommended to the leadership of PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal to give awards to employees who excel so that the employee's sense of pride increases and is more responsible for their work.

Abstract

KSP Dana Sari saat ini mengalami penurunan pada pendapatan bunga dikarenakan banyak debitur yang terkena dampak dari pandemic virus corona lalu, kredit macet dikarenakan oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang menyebabkan terjadinya kredit macet antara lain penerapan prosedur kredit yang tidak teratur, itikad kurang baik dari pemilik, pengelola, dan karyawan bank, lemahnya sistem pengelolaan dan pengawasan kredit macet, dan lemahnya sistem informasi kredit macet. Sedangkan dari sisi faktor eksternal yaitu usaha debitur yang gagal dan kualitas perekonomian masyarakat yang menurun. Kredit macet yang terjadi pada kondisi pandemi ini sangat berdampak pada kinerja bank. Kredit macet/bermasalah mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidaklancaran perputaran kas. Hal ini membuat bank tidak dapat membayar utang jangka pendeknya sehingga bank tidak mampu lagi memenuhi likuiditasnya. Selain itu kredit macet/bermasalah juga berdampak pada penurunan laba yang didapatkan bank, salah satunya juga mungkin terjadi padaKSP Dana Sari. Selama pandemi virus corona, ketidakpercayaan deposan terhadap bank semakin meningkat, dikarenakan kebimbangan tentang kredit macet. Dampak pandemi ini telah merusak perekonomian nasional, sehingga kondisi sulit seperti ini akan berdampak pada masalah kredit macet/bermasalah.

Abstract

Tingginya peningkatan permintaan berbanding lurus dengan aktivitas disetiap perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan ingin membagikan pelayanan secara terbaik bagi pelanggan. Masing-masing industri membutuhkan gudang selaku tempat dalam menyimpan persediaan barang. Pengendalian terhadap persediaan barang ialah faktor penunjang dalam berhasilnya aktivitas perusahaan. Faktor pengendalian persediaan barang berhubungan secara langsung dengan kegiatan penjualan pada suatu perusahaan. ketidaksesuaian terhadap stok gudang dengan stok barang di sistem dan juga adanya permasalahan terhadap persediaan stok barang yang habis. Permasalahan ini jika dibiarkan akan berdampak buruk terhadapap perusahaan dimana gudang merupakan tempat krusial karena menjadi supplay chain bagi perusahaan.
