Abstract

Abstract: The demands of the times are moving rapidly and dynamically forcing an organization to keep up with any changes that exist. Education is not free from change. This study aims to describe the application of Bridges transition model in Change Management in driving schools. This study uses survey research. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Source of research data are principals and teachers SDN Padaan 02 Pabelan, Kab. Semarang. Data collection techniques are by interviews and documentation studies. The results obtained from this study are the constraints and strategies of schools in the face of change, as well as the analysis of change management models. The obstacles faced are the absorption of new paradigm learning that is done online is not maximized, mastery of the Driving School Program is still not maximized, and the internet network that does not support. The strategy is to carry out joint activities collaboratively on weekends, academic supervision conducted by the principal at the beginning and at the end of the semester. The change management Model applied is the Bridges transition model.  Keywords: change management, bridges model, sekolah penggerak Abstrak: Tuntutan zaman yang bergerak secara cepat dan dinamis memaksa sebuah organisasi untuk mengikuti setiap perubahan yang ada. Pendidikan tidak luput dari adanya perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model transisi Bridges dalam manajemen perubahan di sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SDN Padaan 02 Pabelan, Kab. Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah adanya kendala dan strategi sekolah dalam menghadapi perubahan, serta analisis model manajemen perubahan.  Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu keterserapan pembelajaran paradigma baru yang dilakukan secara daring belum maksimal, penguasaan Program Sekolah Penggerak masih belum maksimal, serta jaringan internet yang tidak mendukung. Strategi yang dilakukan adalah melaksanakan kegiatan bersama secara kolaboratif di akhir pekan, adanya supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah di awal dan di akhir semester. Model manajemen perubahan yang diterapkan adalah model transisi Bridges. Kata kunci: manajemen perubahan, model bridges, sekolah penggerak

Abstract

This study aims to develop a training module for lesson planning using the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the pedagogical competence of junior high school art teachers in Salatiga. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg & Gall model, limited to the first five stages. The development process involved expert validation and limited field testing with 21 MGMP members. The research instruments included validation sheets, questionnaires, and pre-test/post-test assessments, while data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-sample t-tests. The validation results indicated a high level of feasibility (average 90% for material and 83.6% for module). The effectiveness tests revealed a statistically significant improvement in teachers' pedagogical competence, with higher post-test scores (77.86) compared to pre-test scores (61.43), and a significance value (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The module, designed to be self-instructional, self-contained, adaptive, and user-friendly, demonstrates the potential of AI-enhanced TPACK training to improve the quality of art education. These findings imply that integrating AI into teacher professional development can effectively enhance pedagogical competence, with broader implications for designing innovative training models across various subject areas.
