Abstract

Adolescents' lack of knowledge about puberty greatly affects the behavior of young people. Adolescents who lack information can trigger bad behavior; curiosity is more dominant, so it results in fatal things if not balanced with assistance from parents. The Role of Parents as the Main and Trusted Source The purpose of the study was to determine the role of parents in adolescent knowledge about puberty in class VIII students at MTS BI Islami. The type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all VIII grade students, totaling 34 students, with a sample size used in this study of 31 students, while sampling techniques by means of simple random sampling. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, the data analyst used inferential statistics: simple linear regression. The results showed that the role of parents of students in the category of sufficient by 3%, good at 39%, and very good at 58%, while the knowledge of adolescents about puberty was in the medium category at 42% and high by 58% with high knowledge. The conclusion from the results of the data analysis showed. ????????????= 0.030 means , which means there is a significant influence of the role of parents on adolescents' knowledge about puberty.

Abstract

Background: Work fatigue is a complex criterion that not only concerns physiological and psychological fatigue but is dominantly related to decreased physical performance, feelings of fatigue, decreased motivation and decreased work productivity. The existence of this research is to see the relationship between work shift, stress, workload, working period, age, gender and work fatigue. Aim: This study aims to analyze the factors related to the Work Fatigue of Gas Station Operators in Makassar City in 2021. Methods: The type of research used is analytic with the Corss Sectional Study approach, which aims to see the relationship between two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were 62 operators from three gas stations in Makassar, where the first gas station was located at Sudiang Jl.Printis Kemerdekaan KM 16 Front of the Police, 7180277 totaled 20 operators, SPBU II 7490203 Jl.Sultan Hasanuddin Km 4.2 totaled 25 operators and gas station III 7490295 Jl. Talasalapang KM 3.7 Total 17 operators. Results: The results of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between work fatigue at gas station operators (p value = 0.004) workload, (p value 0.001) work stress, (p value 0.003) age, (p 0.005) years of service, (p value 0.003) Gender (p value 0.660) Shift work. The author suggests Pertamina to pay attention to the condition of the operator while working. Conclusion: Years of service, length of work, history of disease, smoking habits, weight of burden, and repetitive activities have a significant relationship with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in workers at CV. Guna Agung Makassar.

Abstract

Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial berjalan sejak 1 Januari 2014, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone merupakan salah satu rumah sakit dalam naungan pemerintah daerah yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone telah mendaftarkan 237.381 jiwa ke dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN),. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak ekonomi Implementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) terhadap pendapatan Rumah Sakit, pembiayaan Rumah Sakit dan kompensasi finansial pegawai rumah sakit di RSUD Tenriawaru Kab, Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendapatkan studi evaluasi secara mendalam tentang evaluasi dampak ekonomi implementasi program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) terhadap Rumah Sakit. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari Kasubag Keuangan, petugas case mix JKN, Kasubag Pelayanan, Kasubag SDM dan Kasubag Public Relation. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) berdampak pada pendapatan di rumah sakit adanya implementasi JKN memberikan keuntungan yang besar bagi pihak Rumah Sakit.  implementasi program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) juga berdampak pada pembiayaan Rumah Sakit, JKN mengcover biaya operasional Rumah Sakit, klaim JKN memiliki porsi masing-masing untuk SDM Rumah Sakit, Sumber daya obat dan BHP di Rumah Sakit.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari evaluasi dampak implementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasonal terhadap ekonomi di RSUD Tenriawaru Kab. Bone, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pendapatan dan pembiayaan di pengaruhi dengan adanya implementasi JKN.
