Abstract

Tugas tenaga medis sebagai garda terdepan melwan Covid-19 tidak dapat tergantikan. Dalam segala keadaan tenaga medis harus melakukan tugasnya dan tak jarang melakukan perilaku prososial. Banyak penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa kepribadian Agreeableness dan empati menjadi prediktor dari perilaku prososial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian Agreeableness dan Empati terhadap Perilaku Prososial pada tenaga medis. Sampel terdiri 50 responden. Agreeableness diukur menggunakan BFI, sedangkan empati diukur menggunakan emphati scale dan prososial diukur dengan 5 aitem prososial dari Carlo dan Randal. Data yang terkumpul diuji daya diskriminasi terhadap masing-masing aitem alat ukur, reliabelitas alat ukur. Teknik regresi berganda dipilih untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari kepribadian agreeableness dan empati terhadap prososial pada tenaga medis saat pandemic covid-19 sebesar 55,7%.

Abstract

The beginning for the successful implementation of information and communication technology is the willingness to accept the technology among users, especially among generasi millennial. This research was conducted to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the acceptance of technology. This research uses a library research method based on a quantitative approach with the respondents used in this study are millennial aged 20-30 years and have accessed e-commerce applications through their smartphones. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use jointly influence the acceptance of technology. With the characteristics of the millennial generation as technology users, the higher the level of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, the higher the acceptance of technology.
