Abstract

Tourism is a sector that can be considered profitable and also has the potential for an area to be developed into an asset that is used as a source of production for the region or the country itself. South Solok Regency is one of the regencies in West Sumatra Province, which is one of the prima donna of tourism in this province. Solok Selatan Regency itself is given a quite unique tagline, namely The Heart of Minangkabau. Giving the tagline really represents what the district has. Starting from a variety of tourist and cultural destinations in it. But there are not a few tours in South Solok Regency that have not been exposed by the Tourism Office, one of which is the Tangsi 3 Waterfall Tour. Tangsi 3 Waterfall is located in a tropical rain forest area which has a natural charm that is still beautiful. This waterfall is one of the hidden paradises that this district has.

Abstract

The Qur'an and Hadith explicitly outline the procedures and shares in Islamic inheritance law. The majority of Islamic scholars (jumhur ulama) agree that the verses concerning inheritance (fara'id) are qat’i (definitive), meaning they are not open to reinterpretation. As a result, many Muslims believe that the laws of inheritance are immutable, with little room for reform—particularly the rule that grants males twice the share of females (2:1), which is widely regarded as absolute. However, not all Muslims share this rigid view. Some scholars argue that Islamic inheritance law may be subject to change in response to evolving social contexts. Social conditions can influence the implementation of legal rulings, including those governing inheritance. In this context, Hazairin’s perspective offers an insightful interpretation of inheritance in Islam. He emphasizes that the Qur'an and Sunnah do not prescribe a specific kinship structure. Given the diversity of kinship systems—patrilineal, matrilineal, and bilateral—across Muslim communities, Hazairin argues that Islamic inheritance law must be flexible enough to adapt to these varying social realities. His approach integrates traditional values with Islamic legal principles, offering a nuanced model for inheritance distribution within the Indonesian context.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of religious moderation at the Ajung Jember Religious Affairs Office (KUA), using a qualitative approach with a case study type, data obtained through key informants, including the head of KUA, the religious section, and the community section. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Ajung Jember KUA has successfully utilized the Bimwin program to educate prospective brides and grooms about the importance of respecting differences in marriage. The religious counseling program also targets various levels of society to overcome radicalism and strengthen national values. However, this study also identified several challenges, including limited human resources and resistance from some people to the idea of religious moderation. Opportunities found in this study include increased public awareness of the importance of social harmony and the use of information technology to expand the reach of the program. This study contributes to the understanding of the implementation of religious moderation at the local level, with recommendations for strengthening human resource capacity and cross-sector collaboration in supporting the sustainability of religious moderation programs. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the contribution of physical fitness components to the competititve performance of the PERSIDOM Dompu’s football team in the 2025 National League 4. A total of 23 players were assessed for VO₂Max, agility, muscular strength, and flexibility (sit and reach). The team demonstrated consistent performance, earning 21 points from 12 matches. Data were analysed using the Shapiro Wilk normality test, Perason correlatrion, and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that VO₂Max was significantly correlated with competititve performance (r = 0.681; p = 0.001), followed by agility (r = -0.599; p = 0.004) and muscular strength (r = 0.473; p = 0.024). In contrast, flexibility showed no significant relationship (p = 0.181). The regression model revealed that 61.9% of the variance in competitive performance could be explained by the physical fitness variables (R² = 0.619; p < 0.001), with VO₂Max emerging as the strongest predictor (B = 0.362; p = 0.002). These findings highlight the importance of aerobic capacity, agility, and muscular strength in supporting competitive performance, while flexibility plays a more preventive role in reducing injury risk
