Abstract

Malang Raya, comprises Malang, Batu City and also District of  Malang, is the city of education, tourism and industry. Sothe development and population growth very rapidly, and to meet the need of inhibitants predicted still need 32000 housing units. This will be followed with the increasing need of the building materials such as wall material fillers. Unfortunately this moment does not effect  significant for enterpreneurs batako making, as the capacity of production and the quality of batako are low and the public is more interested in using brick and batako styrofoam (batafoam). Actually the enterpreneurs batako making can also make batafoam by modifying the sieve and mixer exixting create a new one, and add foam generator equipment, and moldwood or ironplates with 10 holes per units. The differences of batafoam compared with batako are batafoam surface is smoother, the size is 1.5 times larger (10x20x60 cm), the weight is 0.87 times lighter, the production capacity is 1.87 times more.With innovations in the manufacture of hollow brick, then small entrepreneurs can take part in providing wallmaterials fillerand may increase peoples income.

Abstract

This research aims to test, analyze and explain the influence of product quality, word of mouth, promotion and price on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. This type of research is categorized as descriptive analytical research using a quantitative approach. The sample for this research consisted of 98 respondents consisting of My Dimsum consumers who were taken using accidental sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tool. Instrument testing uses validity tests and reliability tests. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. Word of mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for My Dimsum products. Promotion does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase My Dimsum products and price has a significant effect on the decision to purchase My Dimsum products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji secara mendalam pembaikotan produk terafiliasi Israel melalui perspektif maqashid syariah dengan fokus utama pada analisis komprehensif terhadap Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini akan menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) untuk menganalisis tinjauan maqashid syariah terhadap Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 tentang hukum dukungan terhadap Palestina. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Perspektif Maqashid Syariah terhadap pemboikotan produk terafiliasi Israel dapat dilihat dari tiga tingkatan yaitu Dharuriyyat, Hajiyyat, dan Tahsiniyyat. Pada tingkat Dharuriyyat (kebutuhan primer), pemboikotan berperan dalam melindungi lima aspek fundamental: menjaga agama (hifdz ad-din) melalui perlindungan kebebasan beragama di Palestina, menjaga jiwa (hifdz an-nafs) dengan mencegah pendanaan untuk kekerasan, menjaga akal (hifdz al-aql) melalui pembangunan kesadaran kolektif umat, menjaga harta (hifdz al-mal) dengan mengarahkan konsumsi pada produk yang tidak mendukung kezaliman, dan menjaga keturunan (hifdz an-nasab) untuk melindungi keberlangsungan generasi Palestina. Pada tingkat Hajiyyat (kebutuhan sekunder), pemboikotan mendorong pengembangan alternatif produk yang lebih etis dan penguatan ekonomi umat Islam, sementara pada tingkat Tahsiniyyat (kebutuhan tersier), pemboikotan membantu membangun solidaritas global dan meningkatkan martabat umat Islam.

Abstract

Looking at the culture that occurs in the environment where we live, most early education is handled by a mother, although there are some fathers who also pay great attention to children's education, but this is still relatively rare and most of the time it is the mother who educates them starting from being able to eat, walk, talk, bathe and etc. Due to the understanding in society that a mother only stays at home without needing to work, the job of earning a living is the father's duty, but in everyday life there are many households where the father's work cannot meet daily needs so the mother must help.In the end, many mothers have outside jobs, mothers are still required to educate their children and earn a living. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. The results obtained from these various efforts are that children get used to praying 5 times a day from childhood, get used to reading the Al-Qur'an, are polite to their parents, behave well towards neighbors, older people or friends and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Nmax in Rantauprapat City. The sample in this research was 97 consumers who had purchased Yamaha Nmax products. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results state that brand image, product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. Judging from the coefficient of determination, it is 38.8%, which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by the variables brand image, product quality and price, and the remaining 62.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of religious moderation at the Ajung Jember Religious Affairs Office (KUA), using a qualitative approach with a case study type, data obtained through key informants, including the head of KUA, the religious section, and the community section. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Ajung Jember KUA has successfully utilized the Bimwin program to educate prospective brides and grooms about the importance of respecting differences in marriage. The religious counseling program also targets various levels of society to overcome radicalism and strengthen national values. However, this study also identified several challenges, including limited human resources and resistance from some people to the idea of religious moderation. Opportunities found in this study include increased public awareness of the importance of social harmony and the use of information technology to expand the reach of the program. This study contributes to the understanding of the implementation of religious moderation at the local level, with recommendations for strengthening human resource capacity and cross-sector collaboration in supporting the sustainability of religious moderation programs. Abstract

Conversational implicature is the meaning a sentence implies is different from its actual meaning. This study explores conversational implicature used by teacher through English Technology-Based Learning. This study aims to identify and classify the maxims are flouted through English Technology-Based learning, explain the functions of conversational implicature, and to find out teachers perceive about conversational implicature through English Technology-Based Learning process in Sd Telkom Makassar. This study uses data analysis. Qualitative methods are methods that aim to obtain descriptive data. The data in this study are conversational implicatures that transcribed into written text. Data were collected using selection, description and verification techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive which is based on Sudaryanto's theory. The results of this study indicate that (1) there are four types of maxims that are flouted by teacher through English Technology-Based Learning process, there are maxim of quantity, maxims of quality, maxims of relevance, and maxim of manner. The most maxim flouted are maxim of quantity. (2) there are four functions of conversational implicature applied through English Technology-Based Learning. There are bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off-record. (3) the use of conversational implicature in the classroom plays an important role in building good relationships between teachers and students.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji secara kritis pengaruh oligarki dan praktik politik uang sebagai hambatan struktural dalam demokrasi lokal di Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di wilayah strategis seperti Bandar Lampung, Lampung Tengah, dan Lampung Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa oligarki dalam bentuk politik dinasti mempersempit ruang kompetisi politik yang sehat, menurunkan kualitas partisipasi publik, dan menghambat regenerasi kepemimpinan yang berintegritas. Dinasti politik juga membentuk birokrasi yang tidak profesional dan loyal kepada elite, bukan kepada rakyat. Di sisi lain, praktik politik uang telah menjadi fenomena umum dalam setiap proses pemilu, yang menciptakan hubungan transaksional antara kandidat dan pemilih, serta melemahkan akuntabilitas dan legitimasi pemerintahan terpilih. Data dari Bawaslu serta hasil survei masyarakat memperlihatkan bahwa praktik-praktik ini merusak integritas pemilu dan memperkuat ketergantungan ekonomi-politik masyarakat terhadap elite lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Lampung Begawi Program as a strategy for promoting local culture while simultaneously empowering MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Lampung Province, and to formulate strategic recommendations for its sustainable development. Lampung Begawi is an annual program that integrates cultural festivals, MSME product exhibitions, training workshops, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in one platform. This study adopts a mixed-methods approach by combining qualitative and quantitative data through document analysis, in-depth interviews, and surveys targeting participants and MSME actors. The findings indicate that the program has successfully increased cultural exposure and generated tangible economic benefits for MSMEs, including revenue growth, digital market access, and expanded business networks. However, several challenges remain, such as limited funding, insufficient professional digital branding, and low participation from rural-based MSMEs. The study recommends strategies such as branding enhancement, establishment of an endowment fund, digital partnership with online marketplaces, and strengthening local government’s role in mentoring and capacity building. Conceptually, this research contributes to the development of an integrated evaluation model that links cultural preservation with community-based creative economy. With a collaborative approach, Lampung Begawi holds potential as a national model for synergy between cultural revitalization and local economic empowerment.

Abstract

This article discusses in depth the problems of the health service system in West Lampung Regency which is still not running optimally. One of the main issues of concern is the absence of a Type A Hospital in the area, which has a significant impact on the limited medical facilities and quality of services available to the community. This study aims to identify factors that cause limited quality of health services, analyze the role of local governments in efforts to improve health services, and examine their impact on the welfare of the local community. The methods used in this study are site surveys and interviews. Site surveys were conducted at various health service facilities in West Lampung Regency to directly observe the condition of infrastructure, the availability of medical personnel, and other supporting facilities. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with health workers, community leaders, and local government officials to obtain further information regarding structural barriers and the role of policy in developing the health system. Through a political sociology approach, this article provides a critical analysis of the inequality of access to health services and its implications for social structure and community welfare. It is expected that the results of this study can provide real contributions in formulating strategic policies to improve and enhance health services in West Lampung Regency in a sustainable manner.
