Abstract

This research investigates the relation between Moodle based self-regulated learning and Metacognitive skills of grade 11 students in XYZ High School Tangerang, within the context of online asynchronous Applied Mathematics course. The research sample contained 105 students enrolled in this course. Researchers employed quantitative methods, collected data through survey questionnaires and analyzed it using correlation and linear regression methodologies. The results revealed a strong correlation (Pearson Correlation value = .619) between Moodle-based self-regulated learning and grade 11 students’ metacognitive skills in online asynchronous Applied Mathematics course in XYZ High School. The linear regression analysis indicated that Moodle-based self-regulated learning has a significant contribution towards students’ metacognitive skills as represented by the linear equation Y = 46.647 + 0.414X. This research makes an important contribution by how Moodle-based self-regulated learning can enhance students’ metacognitive skills in the context of online asynchronous Applied Mathematics course.

Abstract

Artikel ini memaparkan pengembangan sebuah program pelatihan dan buku panduan program tersebut untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru pustakawan dalam memenuhi tuntutan pendidikan dan perpustakaan modern. Menggunakan model ADDIE, sebuah buku panduan pelatihan dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur teknologi pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan pada keterampilan utama guru pustakawan untuk dipakai oleh peserta pelatihan yang merupakan guru, pustakawan, dan staf perpustakaan sekolah di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan pada Oktober-Desember 2024 melalui analisis kebutuhan (needs analysis) dengan menggunakan e-form, lembar validasi ahli media dan ahli pelatihan pustakawan, tes pilihan ganda dalam bentuk e-form, lembar kerja peserta, presentasi, dan survei e-form. Data analisis kebutuhan dan validasi ahli digunakan untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan buku panduan, sedangkan data e-form menggunakan analisis deskriptif melalui skor empiris rata-rata, nilai rata-rata tes pilihan ganda serta lembar kerja peserta dan presentasi dijumlahkan sesuai dengan kelompok peserta guru, pustakawan, dan staf perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam persepsi dan kemampuan peserta pelatihan, yakni skor empiris survei rata-rata 90%, skor tes pilihan ganda 89,62, dan skor lembar kerja dan presentasi 82,72. Hasil mendukung buku panduan sebagai sumber belajar yang efektif dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pelatihan guru pustakawan.
