Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang sapi dan pupuk Gandasil B serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis varietas Lebat-3, dan juga untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan konsentrasi pupuk Gandasil B yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis varietas Lebat-3.Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan, terhitung mulai dari bulan Februari 2017 sampai dengan Mei 2017. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Jl. Pendidikan, Kecamatan Sangatta Utara, Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Penelitian menggunakan analisis faktorial 3 x 3 dalam  Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 5 kali ulangan. Faktor penelitian terdiri atas 2 faktor.  Faktor I adalah Pupuk Kandang Sapi (K), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk kandang sapi atau kontrol (k0), dosis pupuk kandang sapi 10 ton/ha setara 200 g/polibag (k1), dan dosis pupuk kandang sapi 20 ton/ha setara 400 g/polibag (k2).  Faktor II adala Pupuk Gandasil B (B), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk Gandasil B  atau kontrol (b0), konsentrasi pupuk Gandasil B 2 g/l.air (b1), dan konsentrasi pupuk  Gandasil B 4 g/l.air (b2).Perlakuan pupuk kandang sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, panjang polong, jumlah polong per tanaman dan berat polong per tanaman.  Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tanaman umur 40 hari setelah tanamlam

Abstract

This study was conducted from February s / d May at the Institute for Agriculture and Technology (BPTP) East Kalimantan, this study aims to look at the different types of growing medium and the addition of TSP fertilizer in cultivation of oyster mushroom (Pleurotas astreatus) [Jacq FR] Kummer) .This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two factors, factor 1: type of planting medium consisting of 2 treatment levels, namely (1. Straw Rice, 2. Powder Saws), 2: Type of fertilizer treatments consisting of 1 level namely (1. controls, 2. TSP 0.2%, 3. TSP 0.4%, 4. TSP 0.6%). Each treatment loaded with 5 replicates the data obtained were analyzed with ANOVA and if significant then further tested by using Duncan C DMRT at 95% confidence level, while the relationship between the effect of concentration (treatment) with the observed parameters analyzed with regression Simple linear. Parameters measured were emerging mycelium first time (hst), mycelium meets media (HST) initial appearance of the fruiting bodies (hst), the time of harvest, the number of fruiting bodies, hoods maximum width, stem length fruiting bodies, and the weight of the fruit.Results indicate that the rice straw media with TSP fertilizer as much as 0.6% on average produce mycelium formed fastest time is 3 DAT (Days After Planting, average fruit weight of 103.74 grams.Compared with sawdust medium with fertilizer TSP as much as 0.6% on average produce mycelium formed fastest time is 7 HST average body weight of 105.64 grams of fruit.Conclusions obtained from the results of the study showed that the rice straw media faster than the appearance of mycelium on sawdust media. But for a number of shoots on media more than the media sawdust rice straw.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk NPK Pelangi serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat cherry, dan juga untuk memperoleh dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk NPK Pelangi yang tepat untuk hasil yang maksimal.Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan, yaitu mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2017, terhitung sejak pembibitan  hingga pengambilan data terakhir. Tempat Penelitian di Kampung Bentas RT 01, Kecamatan Siluq Ngurai, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.Penelitian menggunakan analisis faktorial 3 x 3 dalam  Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 5 ulangan. Faktor penelitian terdiri atas 2 faktor.  Faktor I adalah Pupuk Kandang Ayam (K), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk kandang ayam atau kontrol (k0), dosis pupuk kandang ayam 5 ton/ha setara 180 g/polibag (k1), dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam 10 ton/ha setara 360 g/polibag (k2).  Faktor II adala Pupuk NPK Pelangi (P), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk NPK Pelangi  atau kontrol (p0), dosis pupuk 100 kg NPK Pelangi setara 3,6 g/polibag (p1), dan dosis pupuk 200 kg NPK Pelangi setara 7,2 g/polibag (p2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 hari dan 45 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman.Perlakuan pupuk NPK Pelangi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 hari dan 45 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman.Interaksi perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk NPK Pelangi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 hari dan 45 hari setelah tanam, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman.

Abstract

Effect of Compost AndPhonskaTerhadap Fertilizer Plant Growth and Results Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharata) Varieties Bonanza.The research aims to; determine the effect of compost and fertilizer PhonskaTerhadap Growth And Crop Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharata) Varieties Bonanza. This study was conducted from April to June 2015, starting from site preparation to harvest. Place the District Education Research Road Teluk Lingga North Sangatta East Kutai. The method used in this study using a randomized block design (RAK) with 2 Factorial and each treatment was repeated 3 times. The treatment is factor 1: compost (K) with 4 levels of treatment are: k0 = no application of compost fertilizer (control), k1 = compost 10 tons / ha, equivalent to 2.53 kg / plot, k2 = compost 20 tons / ha equivalent with 5.06 kg / plot, k3 = compost 30 tons / ha, equivalent to 7.59 kg / plot. Factor 2: NPK fertilizer phonska (P) with 4 levels of treatment are: p0 = without fertilizer phonska (control), p1 = fertilizer phonska 400 kg / ha equivalent to 6,325 g / plant, p2 = fertilizer phonska 450 kg / ha equivalent to 7.906 gram / plant, p3 = fertilizer phonska 500 kg / ha equivalent to 9.487 g / plantAnalysis of data using tables of analysis of variance (ANOVA) with further testing Least Significant Difference (LSD) level of 5%. Parameters used; Plant height (cm) 20 DAT, DAT 30, 40 HST and 50 HST, 2. Age exit male flowers (day), age exit female flowers (days) Total cob crop (fruit), cob diameter (cm), Weight ear cropping (g), fruit Productivity (ton / ha).Results of analysis of variance showed that the interaction effect between compost and fertilizer npkPhonska not differ significantly affected the plant height 30 days after planting, 40 days after planting, 50 days after planting, the male flowers, female flowers, the number of cob, cob productivity. This is because the compost and fertilizer npkPhonska not influence.
