Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning process of children with special needs at the Salsabila Elementary School in Purwakarta. Children with special needs often do not get the same learning rights as other normal children. Therefore, it is necessary to study and find the right solution regarding this problem at Salsabila Elementary School. The research method uses an ethnographic design with a qualitative approach. data collection techniques through in-depth observation, interviews, and documenting the data. Data analysis by triangulation and interpretation. The results showed that the learning of children with special needs with other normal children in Salsabila Purwakarta Elementary School showed no difference. All children have the same right to learn with the educators, methods, media, and curriculum applied in the school. Learning prioritizes character building or soft skills compared to cognitive emphasis.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير المناخ المدرسي على النتائج التعليمية ، بناء على نتائج أحدث الأبحاث. يشمل المناخ المدرسي عناصر مثل السلامة والعلاقات وممارسات التدريس والتعلم والبيئة العامة التي تشكل بشكل جماعي تجربة الطلاب والمعلمين والإداريين. يستخدم هذا البحث طريقة مراجعة الأدبيات المنهجية (SLR) باتباع بيان PRISMA (عناصر الإبلاغ المفضلة للمراجعات المنهجية وطريقة التحليلات التلوية). تستخدم لاستخراج المقالات من قاعدة بيانات النشر أو الهلاك. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على أن المناخ المدرسي الإيجابي يحسن بشكل كبير من الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب ، والتطور الاجتماعي والعاطفي ، والمشاركة في الأنشطة المدرسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، فإن المناخ المدرسي الإيجابي له أيضا تأثير إيجابي على الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين ، والنمو المهني ، وفعالية التدريس ، فضلا عن فعالية القيادة ورفاهية مديري المدارس. من خلال تجميع البيانات من الدراسات المختلفة ، تؤكد هذه الدراسة على الدور الحاسم في تعزيز مناخ مدرسي داعم وشامل لتعزيز النجاح التعليمي والرفاهية لجميع أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي This study aimed to explore the impact of school climate on educational outcomes, based on findings from recent research. School climate encompasses elements such as safety, relationships, teaching and learning practices, and the environment as a whole that collectively shape the experiences of students, teachers, and administrators. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by following the flow of PRISMA statements (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Used to extract articles from the Publish or Perish database. The research highlights that a positive school climate significantly improves students' academic performance, social and emotional development, and engagement in school activities. In addition, a positive school climate also has a positive impact on teacher job satisfaction, professional growth, and teaching effectiveness, as well as leadership effectiveness and principal well-being. By synthesizing data from a range of studies, the study emphasizes the critical role of fostering a supportive and inclusive school climate to promote educational success and well-being for all members of the school community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi mindfulness dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual siswa. Pendekatan ini menitikberatkan pada praktik seperti tadabbur Al-Qur'an, refleksi nilai, dan muraqabah, yang dirancang untuk memperkuat pembentukan karakter Islami. Kajian ini merekomendasikan agar sekolah mendukung implementasi melalui pelatihan guru serta integrasi program mindfulness dalam kurikulum PAI dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu, keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk refleksi dan penerapan nilai agama. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menguji efektivitas pendekatan ini secara empiris menggunakan metode kualitatif maupun kuantitatif guna memperluas pemahaman mengenai dampaknya terhadap pembentukan spiritual dan karakter siswa. Dengan konsep ini, diharapkan strategi pembelajaran Islam dapat semakin memperkuat keseimbangan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kesadaran spiritual siswa, menjawab tantangan pendidikan modern

Abstract

This study aims to examine the digital transformation of Islamic education through the application of deep learning technology in the postmodern era. The research method used a literature review guided by PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Articles were searched for using Google Scholar with specific keywords, yielding 95 initial articles. After the selection process (removal of duplicates, screening of titles and abstracts, and full-text assessment), only 5 articles met the inclusion criteria. Content analysis was conducted descriptively to identify the main themes. The results of the study found three important themes: (1) the integration of technology in Islamic education management, (2) the application of deep learning in Islamic learning, and (3) adaptive leadership in digital Islamic education. These findings confirm that deep learning can support personalized learning, strengthen education management, and encourage adaptive visionary leadership.  However, this study also found limitations such as low digital literacy among educators and uneven infrastructure. The study concluded that deep learning-based digital transformation is not only a technological innovation but also a strategic step to maintain the relevance of Islamic values amid the progress of the times. Further research is recommended to expand the database, increase the number of literature analyzed, and test this conceptual model in an empirical context.
