Abstract

Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak atau juga dikenal dengan singkatan RPTRA adalah konsep ruang publik berupa ruang terbuka hijau atau taman yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai permainan menarik, pengawasan CCTV, danruangan-ruangan yang melayani kepentingan komuniti yang ada di sekitar RPTRA tersebut, seperti ruang perpustakaan, PKK Mart, ruang laktasi, dan lainnya. RPTRA juga dibangun tidak di posisi strategis, namun berada ditengah pemukiman warga, terutama lapisan bawah dan padat penduduk, sehingga manfaatnya bisa dirasakan oleh warga di sekitar.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menyediakan psikolog dan peer konselor untuk membantu masyarakat sekitar RPTRA Rawa Buaya untuk memahami persoalan yang mereka hadapi dan mengelola persoalan tersebut dengan lebih efektif.Pada RPTRA Sugriwa, permasalahan yang dialami sebagain besar terkait pemasalahan pengasuhan anak, terutama yang beranjak remaja. Dari hasil pemetaan yang dilakukan, para peserta mengeluhkan kondisi anak mereka yang hibi bermain internet,tawuran,narkoba dan kenakalan remaja lainnya. Setelah dibuka dengan penyuluhan tentang bagaimana mengasuh anak dengan positif, diantaranya dengan mengenal kecerdasan majemuk anak, kepribadian dan gaya belajar anak, sesi konsultasi dibuka dengan bentuk konseling kelompok sesuai permintaan pesertayang kurang nyaman dengan sesi konseling individual. Menurut Winkel dalam Lubis (2014) konseling kelompok merupakanpelaksanaan proses konseling yang dilakukan oleh konselor professional dan beberapa peserta sekaligus dalam kelompok kecil. Gazda dalam Lubis (2014) juga menjelaskan bahwa konseling kelompok ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan dorongan kepada peserta konseling untuk memecahkan masalahnya.

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan emosi guru dan stres kerjaterhadap kinerja guru. Metode pengujian validitas instrumen menggunakan pendekatan korelasiproduct moment dengan ketentuan kevalidan instrumen apabila nilai rhitung  nilai r. Metodepengujian reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus korelasi Alpha Cronbach, dengan ketentuannilai Alpha Cronbach 0,6. Teknik sampling digunakan teknik klaster dengan penentuan sampelsecara purposif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap kinerjaguru, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, tetapi secara simultan (bersama-sama)kecerdasan emosi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

Business competition is increasingly competitive and today's economic turbulence requires PT. Point Break Indonesia as a company must be able to deal with it. Performance measurement is based only on the financial aspect is felt to be inadequate in assessing the performance of a company. Performance of the company covers a very wide aspect Last decade, the balanced scorecard is one of the most successful concept and design widely used in the discussion of corporate strategy, using the four perspectives in the measurement of financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Balanced scorecard can help companies to translate the vision, mission and strategy into action by stimulation utilizing non-financial and financial indicators that are all intertwined in a causal relationship to find a comprehensive corporate performance. Balanced scorecard provides a framework and integrative thinking for management and other stakeholders to control the important changes in the organizational dynamics of competition. Many companies that have used this method and feel quite able to raise his performance, but if it is not sustainable then the development of their business will not be as expected. Keywords : Balanced Scorecard, Business Strategy and Design

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera located in Sorong - West Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality analysis, sampling techniques using Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling of 155 respondents from each of the areas of work, namely Planting Group (planting, survey), Upkeep Group (Fertilization, Spraying and Slashing) and Harvesting Group (Harvest, Fruit Loose Collection, and Prunning). The result that the values of multiple regression in this study is Y = 7.280 + 0.437 X1 + 0.530 X2 + e. the results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous, variable Competence and Work Motivation has positive influence and significant impact on Employee Performance of Contractor Workers in PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera. It is evident from the results of the partial test (t test) Competency variable is 3.111 with significant value of 0.002, then the value of the variable Work Motivation t test was 4.569 with significant value of 0.000). Then the results of the simultaneous test (F test) variable Competence and Work Motivation is 156.911 with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

User satisfaction is an important topic because it can provide information that can be used by an organization to evaluate its final position. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence and facilities on user satisfaction at the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) library center. The method used in this research is quantitative research using survey research methods. The quantitative research used in this study is associative in nature with the aim of knowing the relationship between two or more variables, so that it can explain and control a symptom. The results of this study can be interpreted that simultaneously organizational culture, content, and facilities have a significant effect on user satisfaction at the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Library Center. Partially, organizational culture and facilities have a significant influence on user satisfaction at the Syarif Hidayatullah UIN Library Center, only competence partially has no effect on user satisfaction at the Syarif Hidayatullah UIN Library Center.
