Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention at High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using ordinal scale. This research was conducted on 50 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. For that, the method of data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, work environment variables, job satisfaction and work stress affect the Turnover Intention on High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta. Therefore the test result of this research states that there is simultaneous influence between work environment variable, Job Satisfaction and Working Stress on Turnover Intention on High School Technical Staff - PLN (STT - PLN) Jakarta.   Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the recruitment process, selection process and employee competence on outsourced employee performance( in outsourcing Industries). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed and executed on 70 employees of outsourcing of commercial division, data analysis in this research using non- probability sampling technique and using saturation sampling where its data processing using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of the analysis show that the Recruitment Process, Selection process and Competence have the positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership, physical work environment and work stress employee performance in Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. The object for this research is employee at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. This research was done to 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable transformational leadership, physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance on Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. It has been the result of (t) patial shows significant pont of three independent variables that supports hipothesy. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership variables, physical work environment and job stress on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta.

Abstract

he research is to determine the affect of Kaizen and work dicipline to employee performance. Theobject for this research is employee of Customer Service Department in PT BCA Finance. The research wasdone to 72 respondents consist of staff and team leader. The research using quantitative-descriptiveapproach with Non Probability Sampling method using Convenience Sampling. Data collected byquestionnaire and the data analyzed using multiple linier regressio. Data processing for statistical tests performed by software SPSS version 20.The results of the research indicate that in partially, Kaizen has not significant influence on employee performance but work dicipline has significant influence on employee performance of Customer ServiceDepartment in PT BCA Finance

Abstract

Problems faced by management of Golf and Country club are the low-performance Caddy and allegedlyinfluenced by various factors, among others, Employment and Motivation.To analyze the problem, then use the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The study wasconducted on 100 respondents with saturated samples (census methods). The purpose of this study was toanalyze the influence of Employment, Motivation to Performance Caddy. From the test results obtainedregression independent variables Employment and fairly strong positive correlation (R) 0.559 with significant values 0.00 (<0.01), for the independent variable motivation and positive correlation (R) 0.637with a strong significant 0.00 ( <0.01). R-square value indicates the value of 0.469, it could mean that46.9% Performance of Caddy PT. Gading Raya Golf can be explained by the variable Employment andmotivation, the remaining 53.1% is explained by other variables. Performance Caddy conclusion is affectedby the Employment and Motivation. It is therefore advisable to strengthen continuous training, especiallyrelating to the rule of golf, product knowledge of golf.

Abstract

Human resources are an important resource that supports organizations in achieving competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important to involve employees to drive the strategic goals of the organization. Media companies in the era of globalization are expected to face increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the quality of the organization must be considered. This is inseparable from the role of human resources who will be required to carry out their duties and functions properly. This study aims to analyze the effect of psychology contract, job burnout, and job insecurity on employee turnover intention permanent employees. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The sample of 66 respondents who are employees of the Gramedia Asri Media. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of psychological contract, job burnout and job insecurity influence the turnover intention permanent employees in Gramedia Asri Media employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan burnout sebagai variabel intervening untuk karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. SEM-PLS adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data statistik dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik peran yang memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kelelahan. Beban kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Konflik peran yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Burnout yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja, jenjang karirdan standarpelatihanterhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) wilayah Jakarta1. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia(Persero) wilayah Jakarta 1.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel keterikatan kerja, jenjang karir dan standar pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan padaPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Wilayah Jakarta 1. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara keterikatan kerja, jenjang karir dan standar pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Wilayah Jakarta 1.
