Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Untuk menjelaskan hubungan kekerabatan keluarga dalam pemilihan kepala desa. 1). Factor penyebab pemilihan kepala desa tahun 2019 terhadap hubungan kekerabatan keluarga di Desa Sangia Tiworo Kecamatan Tiworo Selatan Kabupaten Muna Barat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif sehingga data dikumpul menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Di dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian adalah para keluarga yang terlibat konflik sebanyak 9 orang selaku informan kunci dan kepala desa serta ketua BPD, 4 Orang selaku informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Hubungan kekerabatan keluarga dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa di Desa Sangia Tiworo Kecamatan Tiworo Selatan Kabupaten Muna Barat. Menimbulkan konflik yang terjadi antara para pendukung calon Kepala Desa. Selain itu, pemilihan kepala desa juga berdampak pada renggangya hubungan kekerabatan keluarga yang dilandasi oleh perbedaan pilihan dalam memilih calon Kepala Desa. Bentuk konflik yang terjadi dalam lingkup keluarga yaitu: adanya pertentangan antara keluarga, pemaksaan, pemukulan, hingga pengusiran. 2). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan kekerabatan keluarga dalam pemilihan kepala desa di Desa Sangia Tiworo Kecamatan Tiworo Selatan Kabupaten Muna Barata yaitu; perbedaan pilihan dalam keluarga, adanya politik uang (money politic), fanatisme yang berlebihan. Konflik ini memang kerap terjadi pada saat pemilihan kepala desa ataupun setelah pemilihan kepala desa. Selain itu, politik uangpun ikut bermain pemilihan kepala desa dengan menghalalkan segala cara agar mendapat suara banyak. Hal ini, menyebabkan terjadinya konflik antar keluarga serta hubungan kekerabatan keluarga menjadi renggang.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out how the guidance of parents towards children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District; (2) To find out the relationship of parental guidance to children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District and (3) To find out the barriers to parental guidance on children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, this study uses an ex post facto design because the independent variables are not given certain treatment and are not controlled.The results showed that: (1) Parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) parents really care about their children; (b) cooperation between parents and the school. (2) The relationship between parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) Invite parents to school; (b) Hold meetings regarding student cases. (3) Barriers to parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) children have difficulty understanding the teacher's explanation; (b) children have difficulty in getting literature books

Abstract

Environmental ethics is an important issue in the context of sustainability and environmental protection. This research aims to discuss Islamic, Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, and Confucian religious perspectives regarding environmental ethics and its importance in the context of sustainability. This research method uses literature study and analysis of sacred texts and religious teachings according to religious perspective. This research found that each religion has different views, but emphasizes the same important aspect of protecting and caring for the environment as the moral responsibility of religious communities. The concept of stewardship is emphasized considering the role of humans as managers and protectors of the universe. Environmental ethics in this religious perspective has similarities in teaching the importance of protecting and caring for the natural environment. This view can be the basis for individuals and communities to develop awareness and responsibility for environmental sustainability. Understanding and practicing religious-based environmental ethics is very relevant to overcoming the environmental challenges facing humanity in this century.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how school principals plan, organize, implement and supervise technology-based school development. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. This research method is qualitative research, the subjects of this research consist of the Principal of SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak, Deputy Principal, Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are:1) The principal's planning for technology-based school development is good, where the principal prepares his work plan for using technology at SMPN 1 Hamparan Perak, and emphasizes teachers to use technology both in school promotions and learning activities at school. 2) The principal organizes technology-based school development well where teachers understand the job description according to the specified tasks and master plan. Then the teacher holds firm in carrying out the school's vision and mission. 3) Implementation in creating a technology-based school at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak is good where technology supporting facilities already exist, teachers are emphasized to be sensitive to current developments, there is a website, social media at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak but there are still other obstacles such as inadequate learning facilities. incomplete to support the implementation of technology-based learning. 4) The Principal Supervises Technology-Based School Development through monitoring the role of the deputy principal to evaluate all ongoing activities, the principal carries out personal and group evaluations through teacher meetings. Even though it is running well, many obstacles arise due to the principal's lack of communication.
