The Russian-Ukrainian military conflict often makes headlines in many media outlets around the world, including media in Indonesia. However, unfortunately, some media outlets publish fake news regarding the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict. This study examines fake news about Russia's special military operation in Indonesian media. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The data collection methodology was carried out by observing various Indonesian media outlets that published fake news related to the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict in Indonesian media. The collected data was then carefully analysed. Based on the analysis, it was established that several media outlets in Indonesia have been proven to disseminate false information regarding the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict that took place in 2022. While some of the above reports related to the Russian-Ukrainian army conflict have been proven fake news or hoaxes, the government does not impose sanctions on journalists or media outlets that publish such information. This is because journalists and media did not check the legitimacy of the information and did not fact-check. After verifying that the government has taken some steps to restore order in this area, the amount of fake news regarding the current Russian-Ukrainian military conflict has decreased significantly.

Short videos as a tool for the formation of national identity were considered on the example of the Douyin service. On Douyin, the formation of national identity is reflected in videos with the hashtag "Positive Energy". The Positive Energy page displays videos to describe China's wealth, prosperity, and national strength. "Positive Energy" focuses on social and moral issues, reinforcing the shared responsibility to address such issues in unison with the state, encouraging active moral behavior, making it a useful expression for the formation of national identity. It was also noted that Douyin's short videos visualize and vocalize the symbolic attachment to the nation, which contributes to a greater emotional attachment to the nation and a sense of national identity. Abstract

The emergence of Web 2.0 has had an immense impact on the worldwide communication system, including the media. Therefore, traditional media outlets have shifted their focus exclusively to digital platforms. As a blessing of the rise of social media platforms, presses have been able to disseminate information swiftly, solicit reader criticism, and engage in two-way contact. However, gaining literacy, media, and digital media literacy competencies are crucial to benefiting from these information technologies. Besides, by acquiring these literacy skills, citizens of a developing country such as Bangladesh can significantly impact that country's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Moreover, these competencies can help a country's citizens be more aware of fake news, misinformation, disinformation, and malformation. In this regard, the main objective of this article is to give an overview of digital media literacy in Bangladesh. For this purpose, the secondary data analysis method has been used to shed light on the digital inclusion process and development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in Bangladesh. Also, a literature review has been conducted on existing research on digital media literacy in the country. Finally, this research concluded that although the digital Bangladesh process has achieved great success in the short term, the supply of reasonable access to ICT for all the country's citizens will need more time. Thus, Bangladesh's government and non-government organizations and citizens need to go the extra mile to minimize this digital divide. Therefore, some potential components considered in the digital divide are citizens' position in rural vs. urban areas, literacy and income status gaps, and age range.
