Abstract

Abstract This study aims to reveal the importance of integrating brotherhood values in the Islamic education concept of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature review (library research). Data collection uses the documentation method, while the data analysis technique is carried out by content analysis. The analysis was carried out by examining the works of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi and related articles on brotherhood values and the concept of Islamic education through Said Nursi's thoughts. The results of this study indicate that from the integration there are four values that are used as a basis for how the integration effort functions including, the value of strength in brotherhood, the value of interests in brotherhood, the value of a conflict in brotherhood and the last is the problem of racism and ethnicity. From the four values of the discussion, the concept of Islamic education is ideal.Keyword:integrating, brotherhood values, Islamic education concept Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai persaudaraan (ukhuwah) dalam konsep pendidikan Islam Badiuzzaman Said Nursi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis telaah kepustakaan (library research). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa datanya dilakukan dengan analisis isi (content analysis). Analisis dilakukan dengan cara menelaah karya-karya Badiuzzaman Said Nursi dan artikel-artikel berkaitan tentang nilai-nilai persaudaraan dan konsep pendidikan islam melalui pemikiran Said Nursi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari integrasinya terdapat empat nilai yang dijadikan sandaran bagaimana upaya integrasi itu berfungsi diantaranya, nilai kekuatan dalam persaudaraan, nilai kepentingan dalam persaudaraan, nilai suatu konflik dalam persaudaraan dan yang terakhir adalah permasalahan rasisme dan kesukuan. Dari ke empat nilai pembahasan tersebut menjadikan konsep pendidikan islam yang ideal.Kata Kunci:Integrasi, Nilai-Nilai Persaudaraan, Konsep Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The head of the madrasa has a role in improving the performance of all human resources in the educational institution he leads. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile and role of madrasah principals in improving madrasah-based management, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in improving madrasah-based management. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth observation data collection, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the profile of the madrasah principal had met the criteria as stipulated in the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 13 of 2007. The role of the madrasah principal in improving madrasah-based management is good, as an Educator, Manager, Supervisor, Leader, Innovator, and motivators. This madrasa-based management, improvement with curriculum management and program teaching, management of educators and education personnel, student management, financial and financial management, management of facilities and infrastructure, community roles, special service management have also improved and implemented well the indicators that have been determined in each management. Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving madrasa-based management include: madrasas on the main village route, having adequate facilities and infrastructure, the cohesiveness between teachers in supporting all policies made by the madrasa.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui upaya perbaikan karakter peserta didik di MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin ditinjau dari Manajemen kurikulum. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum madrasah dan keberhasilannya dalam memperbaiki karakter peserta didik.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Metode kualitatif digunakan sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi), dan hasil penelitian kualitatif bersifat memahami makna, keunikan, mengkontruksi fenomena. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya madrasah ibtidaiyah dalam memperbaiki karakter peserta didik dengan pemberlakuaan kurikulum madrasah mampu memberikan perubahan karakter peserta didik
