Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Halal Labels and BPOM on Purchase Decisions with Price as a Moderation Variable of the FEBI IAIN Palopo Student Study.This study aims to analyze the variables of halal labels and BPOM on cosmetic purchase decisions in FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze halal label variables and prices on the decision to purchase cosmetics of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze the influence of BPOM and price on cosmetic purchase decisions and to analyze halal labels, BPOM, and prices on cosmetic purchase decisions of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. The method used is a quantitative research method that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to determine information about what you want to know. The data source used is primary data through questionnaires. The population was 2,983 people using the slovin formula, the number of samples used was 97 respondents. As well as using purposive sampling. The methods used to test the hypothesis are classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression, and moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The analysis tool in this study uses the help of SPSS Version 20. The results of this study show that halal label variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. BPOM variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. So that the halal label and BPOM have a simultaneous effect that directly affects the purchase decision by 73.4% while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The results of the study using moderation variables show that the price variable cannot moderate the halal label variable on the purchase decision. The price variable also cannot moderate the BPOM variable on the purchase decision. So that the halal label, and BPOM cannot influence the purchase decision by 75.8% after the interaction of price variables as a moderation variable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan destinasi wisata serta untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah dalam membentuk nilai tauhid, nilai halal, dan nilai akuntabilitas di pemandian air panas Pincara, Kecamatan Masamba, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi tauhid. Sumber data penelitian menggunakan data noema dan data noesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pemandian air panas Pincara dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dengan memberdayakan masyarakat setempat sebagai bentuk kerja sama. Tidak ada pembagian pendapatan yang diperoleh dengan Desa Pincara ataupun dengan dinas pariwisata karena pembayaran dilakukan langsung ke Pemerintah Daerah sebagai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Jika ditinjau berdasarkan nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah, maka: (1) terdapat kesesuaian terhadap nilai tauhid dalam keyakinan, etika, dan aturan; (2) nilai halal pada makanan dan minuman telah memenuhi ketentuan halal, namun akomodasi serta fasilitas dan infrastruktur belum memenuhi kriteria halal; dan (3) dalam nilai akuntabilitas, terdapat kesesuaian dalam pertanggungjawaban kepada Tuhan, manusia, dan alam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the institutional system of zakat management, the distribution mechanism of productive zakat, the influence of the utilization of productive zakat, and the impact of productive zakat empowerment on mustahiq economic independence in Malaysia and Indonesia. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research (mixed-method). The instrument of data collection was observation, literature study interviews and questionnaires which were tested with validity and reliability tests. Multiple regressions and descriptive analysis were employed as analytical tools. The focus of this study is on the development of business capital and human resources. The findings reveal that the current zakat institutional system in Malaysia and Indonesia may be compared on a number of levels, including legal basis, management institutions, management efforts, collection and distribution, and the nature and aspects of consequences. Economic independence of the mustahiq can be influenced in a variety of ways. Firstly, productive zakat has a 49.9% effect in Malaysia and 45.7 percent in Indonesia. Next, the provision of venture capital has a partially negative and inconsequential effect in Malaysia, with a -12.8 percent effect. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, business capital has a 50.0 percent positive and substantial influence. Human resource development has also had a good and considerable impact in Malaysia (76.5%) and Indonesia (31.6%). Finally, the impact of productive zakat usage in general has a considerable impact, as evidenced by interviews with informants who stated that productive zakat had an impact on mustahiq economy independence, as measured by the ratio of mustahiq to muzakki, which is about 50:50.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: The presence of a chicken farm in the middle of the North Luwu District community settlement has positive and negative impacts which are studied based on the perspective of Islamic business ethics.Purpose/Objective Study: This study aims to analyze the review of Islamic business ethics towards chicken farming in Katulungan Village and to find out the impact arising from chicken farming activities in the middle of the Ketulungan Village community settlement.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation as well as conclusions and data verification.Findings: The results of the study explain that chicken farms that exist in the midst of community settlements are reviewed based on aspects of Islamic business ethics in the form of the principles of unity, balance/fairness, free will/effort, accountability, and truth, as well as virtue and honesty. Based on these aspects, there are livestock activities that are appropriate and not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics. In addition, the presence of these farms has more negative impacts than positive impacts on the surrounding community.Paper Type: Research Article
