Abstract

Digital marketing through social media can be an effective marketing strategy, because it can reachconsumers widely. Digital marketing is also a form of investment to increase sales results and increase the value of business assets. This study aims to determine the type of digital marketing used in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)  Naura Flower fruit plant nursery as a form of investment that can make these MSME more advanced and developed. Data collection techniques in this study used triangulation by combining observation, interview and documentation techniques. This research was conducted at the Naura Flower fruit plant nursery Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Based on the results of the study that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) of Naura Flower fruit plant nursery have used Social Media Marketing (SMM) through social media WhatsApp and Facebook as a form of digital marketing investment. Naura Flower only uses one type of digital marketing, namely Social Media Marketing (SMM). Naura Flower also states that digital marketing is one part of a long-term investment for the progress and sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in increasing sales results and increasing the value of business assets. Abstract

Guru merupakan ujung tombak pelaksana pendidikan. Keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya merupakan cerminan dari kinerja guru, dan hal tersebut terlihat dari aktualisasi kompetensi guru dalam merealisasikan tugas profesinya. Pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar merupakan tugas utama seorang pendidik. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis Project Based Learning sebagai suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Penyajian tulisan ini didasarkan pada analisis data kepustakaan dengan model analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran ekonomi apabila dikembangkan dengan kreatifitas model pembelajaran yang baik  akan sangat besar memiliki potensi untuk melatih proses berfikir siswa yang mengarah pada keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa. Keteramplilan berfikir kritis dikembangkan disetiap tahapan pembelajaran Project Based Learning. siswa menjadi terdorong di dalam belajar dan guru berperan sebagai mediator dan fasilitatornya. Metode ini melibatkan siswa dalam eksplorasi, penilaian, interpretasi, dan sintesis informasi untuk menghasilkan suatu produk atau solusi dari proyek yang dikerjakan. Pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar merupakan tugas utama seorang pendidik. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis Project Based Learning sebagai suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif yang berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This community service program aims to assist BUMDes through a digitization program to improve the village economy in the Batanghari sub-district of East Lampung Regency. Based on the results of problem identification, it was found that the application of digitization in the marketing of BUMDes products was not working, the marketing system was manual, and there were limitations in human resources and constraints in business unit development. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this program involves village officials, BUMDes administrators, and the community in a series of socialization activities, discussions, and the creation of a digital platform that emphasizes understanding and applying digital marketing in the sale of BUMDes products. The results show that BUMDes administrators have become more aware of the importance of digitalization systems and are more enthusiastic about developing BUMDes business units that have greater potential for growth and provide opportunities for experts in the management and mentoring of BUMDes business units. Thus, this program is expected to be a solution that can serve as a stepping stone for the development of similar initiatives in the future. Hopefully, this small step can contribute to creating a marketing system that will improve BUMDes business units in Batanghari Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency.
