Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of integrated information systems, technological innovation, and e-business adoption on improving the performance of MSMEs in the manufacturing sector in Parepare City. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was distributed to 71 business actors using the purposive sampling technique. Members of the population as many as 103 samples consist of business owners and the marketing services. The data were analyzed using SEM from the AMOS version 23 application. The results showed that the integrated information system and technological innovation had a positive and significant impact on improving the performance of MSMEs in Parepare City through the adoption of e-business. Use of e-business as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. The implications of this research are expected to be able to contribute to the progress of research in the scope of management and have an impact on MSME actors, especially MSMEs in Parepare City, both trading and manufacturing, by increasing the ability to implement e-business in business processes that can encourage MSMEs to adapt to information systems that integration and innovation of new technologies. Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga melalui metode komposting. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu-ibu pengurus PKK di Kelurahan Bumi Harapan. Metode kegiatan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan praktis. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan waktu, kegiatan ini sukses dengan mencapai target peserta, tujuan, dan materi yang direncanakan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos, memperlihatkan peran aktif perempuan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh 53 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe C Parepare

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how much influence Leadership Style, Work Culture and Work Environment have on the Performance of Parepare City Employees. The analytical method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, the sample determination method used is the saturated sampling method of 83 samples. The analysis method used is the multiple linear analysis method (multi linear regression). The results of the research show that partially influencing the performance of Parepare City Employees, Leadership Style (X1) with a calculated t value of 3.275 > t table 1.98896, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, as well as Work Culture (X2) partially influencing the value t count 4.005 > t-table 1.98896, significant value 0.000 < 0.05, but Work Environment (X3) has no effect and is not partially significant because the t count value is 0.605 < t table 1.98896, significant value 0.605 > 0, 05 on the Performance of Parepare City Employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPBD Kabupaten Barru. Metode analisis melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan distribusi kuesioner pada 30 responden, dengan pendekatan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil survei menunjukkan signifikansi ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja pegawai, didukung oleh nilai F sebesar 343.841 dan signifikansi 0,000. Uji determinan R^2 menunjukkan variabel yang dipelajari menjelaskan 97,5% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai, dengan 2,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Parepare. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, kuesioner, Dokumentasi dan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 33 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Prestasi Kerja (X1), Pengembangan Karir (X2) dan Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan (Y), Secara bersama-sama atau simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Di mana persamaan regresi Y = 7,641+ 0,407X1 + 0,352X2 + e. Dari hasil uji t atau parsial, dilihat dari variabel penilaian prestasi kerja didapatkan hasil perhitungan ttabel dimana thitung ≥ ttabel (2,168≥2,042) dan signifikan ≤0,05(0,000≤0,05). Selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan degan uji F menunjukkan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan, dengan Fhitung (8,679) ≥ Ftabel (3,34). Dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahaan variabel efektifitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel bebas penilaian prestasi kerja dan pengembangan karir sebesar 36,7%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diharakan dapat bermanfaat kepada semua pihak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Parepare. Metode analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaji tidak berpengaruh secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Parepare. Metode analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan koefisien determinasi (R^2). Dari sampel 30 karyawan, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,9%. Artinya, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam kinerja karyawan, sementara ada faktor lain yang juga berperan sebesar 27,1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) To determine the partial influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. In this study, the analysis used was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R2) to determine the hypotheses in this study. The sample used in this study was 30 employees at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. The leadership style variable (X1) does not have a partial effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pos Indonesian Parepare Branch. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0,054 > 0,05 and (2,015 < 2,051). The work motivation variable (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0,001 < 0,05 and (3,946 > 2,051). Based on the test results on leadership Style and Work Motivation, it was found that 36,249 > 3,350 and the level of 0,000 < 0,05, it was concluded that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect. The correlation coefficient value is 0,854 and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,729 (72,9). This means that the leadership style and work motivation variables explain changes in employee performance by 72,9 while there are other variables that influence employee performance by 27,1%.
