Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin pneumix catalyst injection adalah terhambatnya proses injeksi yang diakibatkan mesin yang tiba -tiba tidak dapat berfungsi dan harus dilakukan kalibrasi, setting sequence atau kegiatan perawatan untuk perbaikan maupun penggantian komponen mesin. Downtime mesin yang besar berdampak pada produktivitas kegiatan produksi dan jumlah serta kualitas produk. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas maka dilakukan analisis penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) menggunakan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Langkah yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pengukuran OEE serta mengetahui faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi dengan perhitungan six big losses. Selanjutnya mencari penyebab permasalahan dengan fishbone diagram dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pada 2 mesin pneumix catalyst injection yaitu mesin A (15A107A) sebesar 52.98% dan mesin B (15A107B) sebesar 75.98%, ternyata masih dibawah standar JIPM yang menjadi acuan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 85%. Faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi rendahnya OEE adalah performance rate dengan faktor persentase six big losses pada breakdown lossuntuk mesin A sebesar 36.81% dan idling and minor stoppages losses untuk mesin B (15A107B) sebesar 63.55% dari seluruh time loss. Hal yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi dan mengantisipasi rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin pneumix catalyst injection yaitu dengan diterapkannya autonomous maintenance pada operator produksi, melakukan training bagi teknisi maintenance, melakukan pengawasan terhadap operator tentang kebersihan tempat kerja serta melakukan sistem preventive maintenance pada komponen valve transport [RC2] sesuai waktu pemeliharaan optimum 44 hari untuk mesin A (15A107A) dan 37 hari untuk mesin B (15A107B).

Abstract

Well X-HZ1, X-HZ2, and X-HZ3 are horizontal wells of short radius type that all of them produce hydrocarbons from the volcanic layer of Jatibarang which its reservoir rock characteristic is matrix-fracture. Calculation of the horizontal PI (Jh) and vertical PI (Jv) for the existing condition in each well, note that in general Jh is much larger than Jv. For well X-HZ1, Jh = 9.42 b/d /psi, and Jv = 2.67 b/d /psi, for well X-HZ2 , Jh = 2.62 b/d/psi, and Jv = 0.44 b/d / psi, then at well X-HZ3, Jh = 7.1 b/d/psi, and Jv = 1.44 b/d /psi. Thus productivity ratio obtained for the well X-HZ1, X-HZ2, and X-HZ3 consecutively,3.53,5.98,and4.93. From the calculations of total gains till QEL known that well X-HZ1 can produce up to 421 MBbl oil, the well X-HZ2 achieve 165 MBbl and well X-HZ3 produce up to 268MBbl.

Abstract

MAA-72 well experienced a decrease in production rate, Pump IND1300 42 hz / pump ROR of 960- 1640 bfpd. Well production is Qgross 599.97 bfpd. The required data obtained are general report electrical submersible pump, reservoir data, fluid properties data, production data and wellprofile data, data obtained directly from the computer in the field. In data processing, the method is to determine the potential analysis of the well, evaluate the installed pump, and optimize the well with a new pump. Optimum results of 1498.55 bfpd, Gf 0.435 Psi/ft, IND1300 pump evaluation, namely PIP 170.37 Psi, TDH 1782.27 ft, PSD 1969.42 ft, number of stages 200 stages, EP 49% and Hp 33.5. Optimization was carried out by replacing the pump. New pump selection DN1800/60 Hz / ROR 1200-2400 bfpd, head/stage 22 ft, Hp 0.34 EP 70%. Determination of new pump PSD 2022.94 ft, PIP 43.5 Psi, TDH 2212.32 ft, number of stages 22 stages. Increase in Qact production rate (599.97 bfpd) to (1498.55 bfpd) with a rate increase of 898.58 bfpd.
