Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction of gas station in Setu Bekasi, West Java. This research is quantitative research. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Smart PLS software version 3. The population in this study were gas station customers 3417308 Setu Bekasi, West Java, which according to Non-Probability Sampling with the Accidental Sampling method, resulting total sample of 353 respondents. The testing stages are validity test, reliability test, inner model includes convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite validity, Cronbach's alpha, outer model includes path coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The finding reveals that the facility has a positive and significant direct effect on Customer Satisfaction, the service quality has a direct and significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, and the facility has a direct positive and significant effect on Service Quality. Meanwhile, the facilities and service quality have a positive and significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the facilities and service quality have an indirect effect on customer satisfaction, but with the facilities and service quality in accordance with what customers expect, it can create and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu Olahraga Adidas Pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Mercu Buana Cabang Jatisampurna Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga buah istrumen, yaitu instrumen Citra Merek (X1), Gaya Hidup Hedonis (X2) dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Kuesioner merupakan instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Analisis penelitian menggunakan SEM. Temuan penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Gaya Hidup Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk mempertahankan usaha Adidas tentunya harus lebih memperhatikan kualitas yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan sehingga Citra Merek tetap menjadi pilihan konsumen untuk memenuhi Gaya Hidup Hedonis sehingga tercipta adanya Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Coal mining companies in Indonesia are required to implement the Community Development and Empowerment (PPM) program as a form of social responsibility and contribution to local development. However, the implementation of this program is still faced with a number of obstacles such as weak supervision, lack of community participation, and limited transparency. This research aims to examine how legal innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) integration can improve the governance of PPM obligations in a more efficient, accountable, and sustainable manner. This research is a qualitative normative juridical study, which examines legal norms with a descriptive-analytical approach, to understand how the law should apply in the context of the implementation of Community Development and Empowerment (PPM) obligations by coal mining companies and how the integration of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), can be accommodated in the legal system. The results of the study revealed that the use of AI technology, such as data analysis, digital reporting systems, and community feedback platforms, is able to increase the effectiveness and transparency of the implementation of the PPM program. On the other hand, legal innovation is needed in the form of regulatory reforms that support technology-based systems and active community involvement. This study concludes that the integration of legal innovation and AI technology can be a strategic solution in strengthening the implementation of PPM obligations by coal mining companies, while encouraging the realization of social justice and sustainable development in mining areas.
