Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Constipation is a common health problem experienced by humans and affects the well-being and quality of life of patients in clinical practice. This is indicated by one fifth of the population experiencing chronic constipation Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between physical activity and constipation in the elderly in the Cipadu Jaya environment, Tangerang City Methods: This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 32 elderly people living in the Cipadu Jaya Ward, Tangerang City, according to the inclusion criteria. Research Results: The results of statistical tests show that there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of respondents' constipation with a p value of less than 0.05, which is 0.023 Suggestion: It is necessary to increase vigilance in elderly patients who suffer from constipation, so that the incidence of recurrent constipation can be avoided.

Abstract

Sales of building materials at Toko Iwan Jaya is one of the entrepreneurs engaged in the sale of building materials that still uses a manual system. One of them is the building material sales information system at Toko Iwan Jaya, which is not yet computerized and well-integrated, so it still has many shortcomings in dealing with sales problems. To design a new system, the tools used are Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Modeling with Visual Basic Net applications so that it can facilitate the process of communication and coordination with customers in order to achieve maximum results as expected by customers. This research has produced a Building Material Sales Information System at the Desktop-Based Iwan Jaya Building Store.

Abstract

Pengadilan agama berperan sebagai institusi kekuasaan kehakiman yang berwenang menegakan keadilan dalam perkara tertentu yang sudah diatur secara jelas dalam UU. Salah satu jenis perceraian yang sering diajukan yaitu perkara cerai gugat. Pengadilan Agama Palu Kelas IA telah menerbitkan putusan dalam kasus perceraian Nomor 875/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Pal mengenai permohonan pemutusan perkawinan karena terjadi adanya tindakan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Penelitian ini memakai hukum normatif dengan sifatnya kualitatif untuk memahami pertimbangan hakim secara mendalam melalui pendekatan kasus (case approach). Sumber data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Sumber data utama ialah Putusan Pengadilan Agama Palu Kelas IA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertimbangan hakim telah sesuai dengan duduk perkara yang tidak mungkin dapat di damaikan kembali antara penggugat dan tergugat dan dijatuhkan putusan verstek disebabkan ketidakhadiran tergugat dalam persidangan. Putusan verstek harus mempertimbangkan kepastian hukum dan teori keadilan serta asas audi et alteram partem untuk menjamin para pihak, baik tergugat maupun penggugat memperoleh kesempatan menyampaikan penjelasan.
