Abstract

Bangun Jaya Workshop is a business in the field of car service or repair. Bangun Jaya Workshop serves painting and engine repair, buying and selling used two-wheeled vehicles and motorbikes at the Bangun Jaya Workshop. Currently, if you want to repair your car, customers are required to complete the payment administration data via transfer. Current information technology allows people to communicate in multiple directions without having obstacles of distance, place and time. The role of the information technology system also greatly supports data processing in a company, organization, institution or agency with the intention of making it easier to obtain relevant, accurate and timely information. The purpose of the research is to produce a website- based workshop information system to improve the quality of workshop services to customers so that they can order service online. The input requirements for this system are admin data, customer data, company profile data, car and motorbike spare part sales data and used motorbike sales data and motorbike and car spare part service data. The process requirements for this system are the login process to the system, the consumer data processing process, the motorbike and car spare part data processing process, the incoming goods data processing process, the outgoing goods data processing process and the service transaction data processing process and the motorbike and car service data processing process. The output needs are information on spare part data reports and information on incoming goods data as well as information on motorcycle and car service data reports.

Abstract

Decision support system is part of a computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company. Decision support systems can be generated by using several kinds of methods, one of which is a method of Weighted Product (WP). Weigthted Product is completion method using multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value should be raised to advance with the relevant attribute weights. Input data used this system is input student data, alternative data input, data input criteria, and the input weighted values ​​for each criterion. Data output is in the form of alternative data report, data report criteria, report student data and reports majors. By using the method of Weighted Product (WP) is a web-based, it is expected the process of placement of students more effectively and efficiently so that students quickly get information about majors and majors also results in accordance with each student's ability. By using decision support system and database, the data of students or student majors values ​​can be stored in it, so if there is an error in inputting values ​​or student data, then the erroneous data can be corrected without having to re-input the value or student data.

Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital Jambi City is one of the hospitals that will be the best hospital in Jambi City. With the Bhayangkara Hospital in Jambi City, it is expected to help the community, especially in health services. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based Dokpol information system so that registration errors do not occur or loss occurs. Registration is registering/filling in biodata for registration as a patient. To manage this information, we need a system that will assist the process of making registration data reports. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, namely a research approach that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. Design and Build a web-based Registration Information System is made using the programming language php 5.1 and MYSQL 4.8.4 database. The results of this study are to design a web-based Dokpol information system that is expected to help inform patient registration, check results with the system, generate patient reports and produce examination reports, can facilitate the decision-making process, be able to provide information about patient data, doctor data. , as well as reports appropriately with the availability of timely, accurate, and relevant information that can assist staff and officers in carrying out registration activities and is expected to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

The Batang Hari Fire and Fire Department, which serves the community and helps the community when a fire occurs, the current complaint process is a manual complaint system, which uses telephones to report fire incidents. The purpose of this research is to produce information that is fast and easy to obtain for the community and the Batanghari fire department. This application-based community complaint information system for firefighters uses the PHP programming language. In this study, the system development method used in this study is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model method. The stages in the SDLC include, literature study, data collection, problem identification, system design, and implementation.After being tested, it can be seen that in general this system can overcome the problems found in the community and the fire department. So that in general this system can provide solutions to users and the system runs as expected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of structure in determining the majors of class X students at SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi, because in the current majors they still use the manual system, namely written exams, this makes it difficult for students to determine majors according to their abilities. The problem in this study is how to apply data mining with the K-Means method in the application of student majors at SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi. How to design an application program for determining student majors at SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi using the K-Means method. This study uses the K-Means Clustering method to obtain majors that will make it easier for teachers or schools to determine student majors. K-means Clustering non-hierarchical method is a simple and effective algorithm to find groupings in the data in the majors process that is used is grade data and student data in the 2022/2023 entry year. The conclusion of this research is to produce a majors determination system using the K-Means Clustering method according to the majors criteria. Generating student majors from calculations using the K-means Clustering method.

Abstract

Letters are one of the most important communication media in an agency, school or other form of organization, both to communicate with parties externally and internally. The purpose of this study is to find the right solution so that archiving incoming and outgoing mail at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi is more effective and efficient by creating an application for archiving incoming and outgoing letters. Making and developing applications using a static programming language, namely PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) and MySQL as the application database. The results of the research on making incoming and outgoing mail filing applications are very helpful and make it easier for SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi in archiving incoming and outgoing letters, especially the Administration section because the filing of letters is already stored in the database.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a concept that combines virtual reality with world and a way to explore 3D objects. This game-based learning application has advantages in terms of more interactive and effective use, and is complemented by simple object modelling that can be widely applied in various media and is very supportive of interface technology through smartphone applications. The purpose of this research is to produce a learning media product by utilizing the development of Augmanted Reality- based 3D Virtual Technology using the marker and Unity 3D platforms in high school ICT Subjects in learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is valid, practical and effective to foster critical thinking skills, improving and developing life skills that are realized through the achievement of student competencies. The type of research used is development research with a 4D (Four-D) model approach including the stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. Based on the results of the validation test research, the results obtained from the Content aspect of the media were 0.835 with the Valid category, from the media experts assessed from the media format aspect of 0.84 in the Valid category, and the media presentation aspect obtained Aiken's V value of 0.845 with the Valid category. The practicality of Augmanted Reality-based 3D Virtual Media was obtained from the teacher's response and student responses, from the teacher's response it was obtained an average of 88.57% with the very practical category and the student response was 81.63% with a very practical level of practicality. The effectiveness of 3D virtual media based on Augmanted Reality is obtained from the students' learning scores after using the media with the number of students who passed is 17 students (85%) out of 20 students and stated that the media is effective to improve student learning outcomes through the Gain score test with a value of 0.53 with category moderate. It is hoped that this application and can be developed again by researchers so that this application can help and support teachers in supporting the success of the student learning process.

Abstract

Processing AK-1 Card archiving data is an important aspect of administration at the Jambi City Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs Service (Disnakerkop). This study aims to design and implement a filing system that is efficient, accurate and easy to access. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method and data flow diagram (DFD). The application created from this research shows that a computer-based filing system can increase speed and accuracy in searching for AK-1 Card data, as well as reducing the risk of data loss. Implementation of this system can make a positive contribution to the performance of the Jambi City Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs (Disnakerkop) in managing workforce data. Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi is a vocational high school in Taman Rajo District, Muaro Jambi District, Jambi Province. At the end of each school year, The principal of SMK Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi has been selecting teachers achievement. The principal identifies outstanding teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi so far is still subjective. This selection was deemed less effective because it was also influenced by factors outside of the provisions of the criteria, resulting in conflict and decision results does not correspond to the actual decision results. Criteria used such as length of service, last education, class rank, competency and discipline of teachers. The research aims to examine related methods on Decision Support Systems (DSS) using Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). The basic concept of the method namely carrying out a complex calculation process according to certain criteria has been determined to obtain ranking results. The results obtained are that The application of the WASPAS method can provide school principals with the ability to determine one of the outstanding teachers based on the highest ranking results.

Abstract

Learning media are tools for the teaching and learning process that can be used to stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention and abilities for learning. Natural Science (Science) lessons are a field of study that studies the universe, in learning activities teachers play a very important role in teaching. So that the teaching and learning process is not monotonous or rote, it is necessary to have multimedia-based learning media, thereby creating an interesting, interactive and fun learning process in following these subjects, especially about living things. Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 28/IX Tanjung Pauh, especially for grades one to three, the learning media used is still not appropriate, so science learning outcomes are still low and students lack interest in following lessons. Based on the research conclusions, it shows that science learning media applications can be used by teachers in multimedia-based learning facilities.
