Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ethics (X1) and excellent service (X2) customer service partially and simultaneously on the level of customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch.This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data, which means data obtained directly from respondents. In this study, the questionnaires were distributed to 89 respondents. The test used to test the research instrument is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test (R2). Ethics (X1) partially affects customer satisfaction at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch. The ethical regression coefficient (X1) is 0.458. This can be seen from the results of the study which showed that tcount > t table or 3,738 > 0.67726, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Excellent service (X2) partially affects customer satisfaction at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch. Based on the results of the research, the regression coefficient for excellent service (X2) is 0.417. This can be seen from the results of the study which showed that tcount > t table or 3.514 > 0.67726, with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. Ethics (X1) and excellent service (X2) simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch by 60.5%. This can be seen from the results of the study which showed that Fcount > Ftable or 68.316 > 3.952, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. To obtain more significant results, it is better to add other variables that can affect customer satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel, such as promotions, location, facilities that may affect the level of customer satisfaction. This research contributes to the development of literature, especially public sector accounting and can be a suggestion to local governments in improving the level of publication of their financial statements on the website so that transparency and accountability in regional financial management increases and clean governance can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementataion of environmental accounting for medical waste management at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Prabumulih City. The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative approach using secondary data by emphasizing the triangulation technique of combining observations, interviews and documentation to obtain data sources. The sampling technique of this study uses a non-probability technique by taking sample data using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Prabumulih City has been in accordance with the category of environmental costs according to Hansen and Mowen's theory, namely prevention costs, detection costs, internal failure costs and external failure costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Puskesmas Desa Sugih Waras Kecamatan Rambang Kabupaten Muara Enim. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendektan deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasien rawat inap di Puskesmas Desa Sugih Waras pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2024. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 orang atau responden, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunkaan instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri  uji normalitas,uji multikolieniritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t dan uji F, dimana secara parsial lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai t-hitung 4,176 > t-tabel 2,001, secara parsial fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai t-hitung 3,829 > 2,001. Secara simultan lokasi dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai F-hitung 23,734 > F-tabel 4,010, serta diketahui berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi lokasi dan fasilitas memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,435 atau dapat diartikan lokasi dan fasilitas mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 43,5% terhadap kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that describes a number of advantages and disadvantages of collaboration between the Ministry of Agriculture and millennial farmers in creating a sustainable agricultural ecosystem. The data used in this article are secondary data that researchers obtain from a number of sources that are commonly used in every study, namely books, scientific articles, and credible websites. The data are collected, selected, described, analyzed with SWOT, and finally conclusions are drawn. The result in this article show the Collaboration between the government of the Republic of Indonesia in this case represented by the Ministry of Agriculture has more strength and advantages, among others, millennial farmers are in productive age so that agricultural productivity can increase through the ideas they have, mastered technology, and good vision. In addition, on the government side it also benefits because the Ministry of Agriculture has a program that is in line and strong power. Through this, the results can benefit both parties and even the Indonesian nation by creating a sustainable agricultural ecosystem. Hardiyanti Rukmana. 2025.  Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel Pada Counter Serli Cell Simpang Bulang Belimbing Kabupaten Muara Enim. Dibimbing ibu Resi Marina, S.E.,M.Si sebagai pembimbing I dan Ibu Hj.Sri Suparni.,S.S.,M.Si sebagai pembimbing II. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana telkomsel pada counter serli cell simpang bulang belimbing kabupaten muara enim. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel jenuh digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, dan 55 responden yang membeli kartu perdana telkomsel pada counter serli cell termasuk dalam sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, adapun teknik pengelolaan data yang digunakan program SPSS  versi 26. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan pengujian t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif/negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana telkomsel. (2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana telkomsel.
