Abstract

Along with the development of the business world, it requires business actors to be able to continue to grow so as to generate optimal profits and be able to maintain their business success, but many of them pay less attention to the quality standards of the products produced. This makes the products produced less suitable for consumption both by health standards and religious law (halal). This situation changes the level of consumer awareness to be more critical of what they will consume. The concept of halal products is now starting to be widely discussed and is considered to be a standard for a product. The purpose of including a halal label with a halal certificate is to increase market share and sales numbers. Next, meet the demands and give satisfaction to consumers. Improve product quality, fulfill interest and comfort to consumers, especially Muslim consumers. Providing halal and safe food is a very prospective business, because through halal certification and labeling can invite loyal customers who are not only in demand by Muslims but also non-Muslim communities. Halal food for Muslims is proven to be of high quality and very good for the health of the human body. The existence of halal certification-labeling not only aims to provide inner peace to Muslims but also peace of production for business actors.

Abstract

This research aims to explore effective methods for improving students' understanding of the essence of Muhkamat and Mutasyabihat verses in the Quran at SD Negeri 381 Tabuyung. Muhkamat verses, known for their clear and unambiguous meanings, and Mutasyabihat verses, which require deeper interpretation, are essential components of Islamic teachings. However, students at the elementary school level often face challenges in comprehending these verses due to their abstract nature and complex interpretations. This study investigates the use of various teaching strategies, including interactive discussions, visual aids, and contextual examples, to enhance students' ability to understand both types of verses and apply them in their daily lives. The findings of this study indicate that a student-centered learning approach, which encourages active participation and critical thinking, can significantly improve students' comprehension of these Quranic verses. By shifting from traditional teacher-led methods to more interactive, inquiry-based learning, students become more engaged and better equipped to analyze the verses. The results suggest that effective teacher-student interactions, coupled with innovative instructional strategies, can foster a deeper understanding of Islamic texts. This research contributes to the development of more effective teaching practices in Islamic education, particularly at the elementary school level, and offers insights into ways to improve religious learning outcomes.

Abstract

Masalah rendahnya prestasi siswa Indonesia dalam studi internasional seperti TIMSS mengindikasikan adanya ketidakselarasan antara tuntutan kurikulum global dan materi pembelajaran lokal, khususnya pada kualitas soal yang disajikan dalam buku ajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi proporsional domain kognitif TIMSS (Knowing, Applying, dan Reasoning) yang termuat dalam soal-soal uji kompetensi pada buku ajar Matematika SMP Kelas VIII Kurikulum 2013 Semester II. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konten (content analysis) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana 100 butir soal uji kompetensi dari lima bab dianalisis berdasarkan kerangka penilaian TIMSS 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi domain kognitif masih timpang, dengan dominasi domain Knowing sebesar 55%, diikuti oleh Applying 26%, dan Reasoning hanya 19%. Kesimpulan utama adalah bahwa buku ajar tersebut cenderung melatih siswa pada level pengetahuan dasar (Knowing) dan kurang memadai dalam mengembangkan kemampuan penerapan dan penalaran tingkat tinggi (Applying dan Reasoning), sehingga diperlukan revisi soal untuk meningkatkan kesiapan siswa menghadapi standar asesmen internasional.
