Abstract

Usaha mikro gethuk yang menjadi mitra dalam Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini berdomisili di Dusun Kedungsekar Lor Desa Kedungsekar Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain: (1) Peralatan yang digunakan oleh mitra menggunakan peralatan manual; (2) Bak untuk bahan dan bahan setengah jadi masih menggunakan plastik; (3) Tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang sehat untuk makanan; (4) Proses produksi masih dilakukan di lantai beralaskan tikar; (5) Lingkungan tempat produksi juga kurang bersih dan dekat dengan tempat cuci piring dan kamar mandi; (6) Pengemasan produk juga masih sederhana dengan box karton untuk yang roll gethuk dan kertas minyak untuk yang dijual eceran / potongan; (8) Mitra sampai saat ini masih belum mencatat semua transaksi harian yang sudah dilakukan; (9) Perencanaan produksi juga belum dilakukan atau hanya berdasarkan permintaan Metode pelaksanaan program, yaitu melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi sehat, pembuatan label dan kemasan yang sehat dan aman serta inovasi produk untuk makanan; Pengadaan peralatan pelindung diri untuk produksi makanan; Pengadaan bak stainless steel; dan pencatatan keuangan usaha mikro, perencanaan produksi dan inovasi produk. Hasil pelaksanaan program antara lain; (1) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi sehat, pencatatan keuangan, dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran; (2) pengadaan peralatan produksi yang sehat; dan (3) pembuatan kemasan produk.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the analysis of service quality to customer satisfaction, also to know there is a difference between service quality analysis to customer satisfaction, at modern retail minimarket and grocery store in city Surabaya. Respondents in this study as much as 100 people who are at least 16 years old, ever shop in modern retail minimarket and grocery store, and stay settled or while in the city of Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence between quality of service to customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store in Surabaya city. And it is also known that there is a difference between service quality analysis on customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store based on different test, where both of these variables have GIS. Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously the influence of corporate culture on employee performance and motivation, knowing the partial effect of corporate culture and motivation on employee performance and determine the dominant variable affecting the performance of employees of PT. Pilar Langgeng Sejahtera. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research is more emphasis on the objective measurement of the social phenomenon with a shot in the PT. Pilar Langgeng Sejahtera. Malang and the sample is determined by sampling a total of 61 employees. Variables in this research is Corporate Culture, Employee Motivation and Performance. The data analysis technique used is to use Regression Analysis, F test and t test. Based on the calculation t test that has been done can be seen that the independent variables partially significant effect on the dependent variable. It is known from tcount independent variables that have a greater value than ttable. Regression coefficient of each independent variable is X1: 0.986; X2: 0.181 -1.749 constant. Corporate culture variables (X1) is a variable that dominant influence on employee performance with a beta value of 0.986. Meanwhile, the value of R2 is 0.927, which means that the independent variables affect significantly by 92.7% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 7.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effects of workload, work environment, and work conflict on work stress among employees. The analysis unit in this study consists of 36 employees. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using statistics with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is known that partially, workload has a significant effect on work stress, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress, and work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Meanwhile, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is known that simultaneously, workload, work environment, and work conflict significantly affect work stress. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to pay attention to the work environment conditions in order to reduce employees' work stress.
