Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TBC) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan. Deteksi dini dan pengobatan yang tepat merupakan kunci untuk memutus rantai penularan. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang gejala awal TBC, faktor risiko, serta pentingnya segera memeriksakan diri jika mengalami gejala yang mencurigakan. Dengan pengetahuan yang memadai, diharapkan masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dalam upaya pengendalian TBC di komunitas. Penyakit tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang serius, dengan dampak signifikan terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas. Tanggap dan pencegahan dini terhadap penyakit TB sangat penting untuk mengendalikan penyebarannya. Abstrak ini membahas pentingnya deteksi awal dan respons cepat terhadap kasus suspec TB. Tindakan pencegahan, seperti skrining sistematis, edukasi masyarakat, dan vaksinasi BCG, berperan krusial dalam mengurangi angka kejadian TB. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara tenaga kesehatan, pemerintah, dan komunitas sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis data, diharapkan angka infeksi dan angka kematian akibat TB dapat ditekan, serta kualitas hidup penderita dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai strategi pencegahan dan pengobatan yang efektif juga sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada dalam pengendalian penyakit ini.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of price and service quality variables on repurchase intentions in the context of travel services and tour operator activities post the Covid-19 pandemic. It explores whether consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between price, service quality, and repurchase intentions. Using a quantitative explanatory research design, the study involves a sample of 110 individuals intending to purchase Travel services and tour operator activities from Citramulia Travel and Tour Lombok between the post-Covid-19 period and December 2022. Data collection entails distributing questionnaires after instrument validation and reliability checks. Analysis shows that prices have a non-significant, negative effect on repurchase intentions, while service quality significantly and positively influences repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction plays a significant role in enhancing repurchase intentions. Affordable pricing positively affects consumer satisfaction, leading to increased repurchase intentions. However, certain aspects of service quality, like reliability, responsiveness, and tangibles, negatively impact overall satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between price and repurchase intention. In contrast, it does not mediate the association between service quality and repurchase intention, as the direct positive effect of service quality on repurchase intention remains. This study offers insights into the interplay among price, service quality, consumer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions in the post-Covid-19 travel services and tour operator activities landscape.

Abstract

The Cooperative, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Sector (CMSME) is a business sector that has proven to play an important role in overcoming the consequences and effects of teh economic crisis. The objective of this study was to determine the effects if cooperative programs, human resource capabilities and member participation on the success of Sharia savings and loan cooperatives BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri Pasuruan. The study conducted on cooperative members who minimum has been a member for 2 years. The conclusions of the research results found the effects of cooperative programs, human resource capabilities and member participation in the success of the savings and loan cooperative of Syariah BMT Usaha Gabungan Terpadu Sidogiri Pasuruan.
