Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect and differences of Organizational Commitment in terms of Gender on Turnover Labor at UD. Clinic Laptop Paiton. This research uses associative research and quantitative methods. With all  the population are employees of UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. With a sample size of 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique or census. The analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and different test. The collecting method of data uses a questionnaire with the research result shows that organizational commitment in terms of gender has an effect on Turnover Labor at UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. And there is no difference in organizational commitment in terms of gender at UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Gender, Turnover Labor

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service directly affect Loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service has a direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using bus transportation services "PO TITIAN MAS". To know customer satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using bus transportation services "PO. TITIAN MAS ".This type of research uses explanatory research, this research was conducted on customers of Bus Po.Titian Mas. The population in this study were students of Bima, Dompu who studied at Islamic University of Malang in October to November 2019 with 818 customers. this study amounted to 89 respondents with purposive sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using the transportation services of Bus Po.Titian Mas. Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty in using the services of Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation. Consumer Satisfaction directly positive and significant effect on loyalty in using Bus Po.Titian Mas transportation services. Service quality indirectly affects Loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation services. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention. In addition, each independent variable, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal partially also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Performance Appraisal, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of service quality, promotion and brand image on Geprek customer loyalty, Sis Rose on Pmii Cadre Rayon Alfarabi, Islamic University Malang Commissariat. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods. the population in this study amounted to 200 respondents and the sample amounted to 67 respondents using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between service quality variables and brand image except promotion variable  with , simultaneously the variable service quality promotion and brand image has a significant effect and partially only promotions that have no significant effect dont signifcant effect.Keywords: service quality promtional creafity and brand image on employed customer servies

Abstract

AbstractThe research a purpose to knowing and analyze Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality to Purchasing Decisions on consumers cafes Om.Kopi in Malang city both partially and simultaneously. This research uses Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research consumers both coming directly and indirectly at the café Om.Kopi Malang city. Samples taken as many as 94 respondents. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the Quality of the Products effect has an significant partially to Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, Price and Service Quality has an effect, but insignificant partially on Purchasing Decisions. And, Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality has an effect significant simultaneous to Purchasing Decisions.  Keywords:  Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACTBidadari Salon and Spa is one of beauty and hair care service company inMalang City. Many service offered by Bidadari Salon is an affordable price, roomfor beauty care that is clean and comfortable. This study aims to determine theinfluence of price perceptions, brand perceptions, to re-buy interest with theperception of value as an intervening variable (case study on Bidadari Salon andSpa). Data were collected trough questionnaires and data were analyzed usingSPSS 16.0. Based on the result of the research can be seen that the perception ofprice affect the perception of value with significance of 0,498 (positive), andbrand perception does effect the perception of value with significance of 0,280(positive). Price perception has effect on repurchase interest with significantequal to 0,473, brand perception have an effect on to re-buy interest withsignificant equal to 0,280, perception of value does an effect to re-buy interestwith value significance that is equal to 0,990 . The perception of value is able tomediate the relationship between price perceptions of repurchase interest, and theperception of value is unable to mediate the relationship between brand’sperception of repeat interest.Keywords: Bidadari Salon and Spa, perception, significance, interveningvariable

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of CAR, NPL, LDR and NIM on profitability (ROA) to banking company that registered in BEI 2017-2019. The dependent variable of this research is profitability (ROA), while an independent variables are used Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The population in this research are 45 banks that registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Samples were obtained by purposive sampling method and selected 28 banks which fit the criteria.This research using multiple linear regression to obtain a picture of the relation between one variable and others. The result of this study indicate that CAR, NPL, LDR and NIM simultaneously have an affect to bank profitability (ROA). CAR and LDR does not have an effect o bank profitability (ROA), while NPL and NIM have an effect to bank profitability (ROA)            Key words: CAR (Capital Adequancy Ratio), NPL (Non Performin Loan), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), NIM ( Net Interest Margin) and Profitability (ROA)

Abstract

ABSTRACTAn Analysis of SWOT as the Basic Formulation of Marketing Strategy ofMale laying hens business at UD. Jaya Abadi in Robyong Village of Pakis ofMalang The research aimed at formulating the marketing strategy on the male laying hens business of UD. Jaya Abadi In Robyong Village of Pakis of Malang by using SWOT Analysis. SWOT analysis was used to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of UD. Jaya Abadi. The data collection used the technique of interview and documentation. The method used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results of the SWOT analysis can be known that internal factors that become the main strength is the widest marketing area, the main weakness is the production capacity which has not been able to meet market demand. The external factors that become the main opportunity is the increasing demand, the main threat is the price fluctuations, both the price of DOC / chicks and chick prices. Based on the IE matrix, the the male laying hens business is in the IV squared. The marketing strategy that can be used by UD Jaya Abadi is a strategy of future integration, the strategy can be done by maintaining good relationship with the consumers, and the backward integration strategy can be done by strengthening the relationship with suppliers, the horizontal strategy can be done by increasing the supervision of competitors, and market development strategy can be done by increasing market share of the male laying hensKeywords: SWOT analysis, the marketing strategy

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and analyze the Effects of Country of Origin, Perceived Quality and Price on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as Intervening Variables (case studies on Castrol oil users in Castrol Active Sawojajar Workshop, Malang City). Castrol oil sales in workshops have decreased so author as interested in doing this research. With existin theory hopefully it can answer the existing problems. The sample in this study were 72 customers. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it is known that the Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have a direct influence on Brand Image. Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, and Price have direct influence on Purchase Intention. Brand Image has a direct influence on Purchase Intention. Abstract

AbstractThis study was used to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee work productivity at PT Sindsali Pasluen Regency. The sample for this survey was 71 employees who answered. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression with first-order data analysis using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:The test results simultaneously show that the variables of work supervision, work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have an effect on employee productivity. The partial test results show that the Work Supervision Variable has no effect on Employee Work Productivity. The partial test results show the variables of work culture, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee productivity.Keywords: Work Supervision, Work Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Productivity
