Education plays an important role in this life, all activities carried out by humans are educational processes, in this discussion it will be more specific to Islamic education, as we know now moral decline is happening everywhere, students also seem to be accustomed to doing immoral actions such as brawls between students to being involved in drug problems. This can actually be predicted by education practitioners, because the education that exists today emphasizes its students more on their cognitive abilities without being accompanied by abilities in the affective field, so here we will review Islamic education, which in this case will later be known what kind of Islamic education can at least make students return to their nature, namely as caliphs on this earth. Departing from that background, the author then wants to discuss it in the thesis and takes the title Islamic Educational Thoughts According to Sunan Kalijaga. Departing from that, the author then wants to discuss the thoughts of Indonesian Muslim figures and intellectuals who try to formulate Islamic education that is in accordance with the scope of religion, nation and state, such as Sunan Kalijaga. Hopefully, the education that he has taught and passed on to the Indonesian nation will be able to inspire elements implementing education in order to develop Islamic education so that Islamic education will be able to answer the challenges of globalization while still being based on the values of Islamic teachings. The focus of the problem in this study is the concept of education according to Sunan Kalijaga, as well as Sunan Kalijaga's contribution in the field of education. From the focus of the problem that has been mentioned earlier, the author took steps to then analyze or research it with the aim of being able to know, understand, and be able to draw conclusions from Sunan Kalijaga's Islamic educational thoughts, so that the results of the study can be used as a contribution to the implementation and development of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of library research. While the data collection method uses the documentation method in order to find sources and data that support this writing. Then from the documentation it is analyzed using the content analysis method and interpretation of the sources and data obtained. The results of the research conducted by the author can be presented here after reviewing Sunan Kalijaga's thoughts on education not only enjoyed by the nobility, the concept of education that he has taught has an important role for a prospective teacher, and combines education and culture as a solution to teaching Islamic education that is easily accepted by all groups. Abstract

The number of sectio caesarea (sc) deliveries has increased, the main side effect of sc is bleeding caused by inadequate contractions. Understanding the risk of atony management is very important starting from antenatal care, various education is given to mothers including doing aerobic exercises including diphragmatic breathing as a prevention of uterine atony. The aim of this study was to see the effect of antenatal diaphgramatic breathing (dbe) exercise on preventing a decrease in uterine contractions in CS patients. This research method used a quasi-experimental posttest nonequivalent design with control group design, the sample in this study were 3rd trimester pregnant women who were at risk of being elective, totaling 56 people by using incidental sampling techniques, using the uterine contraction observation sheet instrument, data analysis used the chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of antenatal dbe implementation on preventing a decrease in intraoperative uterine contractions after the placenta came out. However, there was no effect of antenatal dbe on preventing uterine contractions 1-2 postoperative sc.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (IDHS) in clinical practice continues to encounter obstacles, including limited time for assessment, documentation burden, and inconsistency in diagnostic interpretation among nurses. Advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) offer opportunities to design clinical decision support systems that may enhance the accuracy, uniformity, and efficiency of nursing diagnoses. Objective: This study aimed to explore nurses’ experiences, challenges, and expectations regarding the use of IDHS and to assess the initial feasibility of developing an AI-based system to support standardized nursing diagnoses. Methods: A descriptive qualitative design was employed using in-depth interviews with five nurses from diverse clinical settings, including emergency, critical care, inpatient, outpatient, and community services. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify perceptions and needs related to IDHS and AI. Content validity of the preliminary system design was evaluated by three expert validators using the Item-Level Content Validity Index (I-CVI) and the Scale-Level Content Validity Index/Average (S-CVI/Ave). Results: Five major themes emerged: (1) varied experiences in formulating nursing diagnoses, (2) inconsistent use of IDHS in practice, (3) challenges related to documentation and diagnostic interpretation, (4) positive attitudes toward AI integration in clinical workflows, and (5) the need for features such as automated diagnostic suggestions, clarification of clinical criteria, and integration with electronic medical records. Content validity testing demonstrated strong agreement among experts, with I-CVI values ranging from 0.80 to 1.00 and an S-CVI/Ave of 0.92. Conclusion: The study indicates that integrating AI into the IDHS-based diagnostic process holds substantial potential to improve diagnostic quality, standardization, and clinical efficiency. The content validity results support further development and prototype testing in subsequent research phases
