Abstract

Decision is the beginning of an action. Decision making in an educational organization is directly related to the principal. The principal as a manager has an important role in making decisions quickly, accurately and effectively by using data and information for optimal educational environment performance. Decision making conducted by State Secondary School principals 13 Palembang already been running well, this could be seen from the process and stages done by the principal with the decision with the observation, data, planning and registry related to education at school. Then, conduct deliberation with teachers to take a policy, interpersonally approach teachers to organize events, give ideas, engage teachers in training, and supervise as supervisory activities. Abstract

Potensi siswa perlu mendapat perhatian dan pencermatan yang mendalam, serta dikembangkan sedini mungkin. Potensi tersebut antara lain adalah daya kreativitas yang juga memerlukan penanganan serius. Pengembangan kreativitas siswa SD harus dilakukan secara intensif terutama data kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas atau sekolah. Untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa SD dalam pembelajaran di kelas, antara lain melalui kegiatan bercerita. Kegiatan bercerita dapat mengembangkan kreativitas siswa dan melatih siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, bertanggung jawab, serta sikap menghargai. Melalui cerita siswa dapat berkomunikasi secara langsung, tumbuh daya imajinasi, dan kreasi siswa terbina serta terarah. Berbagai alat untuk mengembangkan keativitas bercerita pada siswa SD antara lain, (1) bercerita menggunakan gambar,(2) siswa membaca langsung dari buku cerita, dan (3) bercerita dengan menggunakan papan planel.

Abstract

This research aims at investigating 1) the implementation of group counselling; and 2) finding out how it assisted by snake and ladder media successfully improved students’ learning motivation. It employs pre experimental design with type of one group pre test-post test design. 10 out of 27 seventh graders of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Magelang are assigned as the sample. It used random sampling with the scale of learning motivation. The result revealed that as matter of fact, group counseling had been implemented in this school, though it did not optimally perform in solving students’ problems. Hence it was only done incidentally. The statistic calculations using Paired Sample Test showed that t-value= - 5,129 ≤ t-table= - 0,703. In sum Hawas accepted which meant group counseling with snake and ladder media effectively enhanced students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership traansformasional test theperformance of which is mediated by two variables: trust in leaders and job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative empirical research with cross sectional study design. These samples included 111 respondents. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis with the approach of Baron and Kenny (1986). Validity and reliability of the research questionnaire value of KMO Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) in this study amounted to 0.835 continued test and a valid and reliable factor. The results showed that transformational leadership significant and positive impact on performance. The variables of transformational leadership have a significant effect on the performance, variable trust in leaders and job satisfaction variables have a role as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) the influence of learning motivation towards learning outcomes students (2) influence of a learning tool toward student learning outcome (3) influence of confidence against a student learning outcome (4) influence of learning motivation, learning tools, and confident against the learning outcomes of students. This research uses a quantitative approach. Analysis of the multiple linear regression analysis was used. Population studies as many as 150 students taken in random sampling as much as 110 students in Junior High School State 39, 41, and 43 Surabaya school year 2014-2015. The results showed (1) there is the influence of learning motivation towards learning outcomes students (2) there is the influence of the means of learning towards student learning outcome (3) there are confident against influence student learning outcomes (4) there is the influence of learning motivation, learning tools, and confident against the results of student learning receiver BSM (poor students coupon) junior high school state Surabaya. Based on research it can be concluded that the motivation of learning, learning tools, and simultaneous confidence effect significantly to student learning outcomes, namely 94.4 whereas 5.6 is affected by other variables outside of the variables examined. To cover the shortfall, it can be done by way of teaching with the methods vary according to the material being taught by associate Social Science material in everyday life, learning tools are fitted and foster the confidence of students, so that the results of his studies.

Abstract

Autisme merupakan gangguan perkembangan otak yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam berinteraksi sosial, komunikasi, dan perilaku. Tingkat stres pada orang tua yang memiliki anak autis dapat meningkat karena berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam merawat dan mendidik anak mereka. Pelatihan manajemen stres diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua mengatasi perasaan stres dan mendapatkan dukungan dalam menghadapi kondisi anak mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan manajemen stres terhadap tingkat stres pengasuhan orang tua yang merawat anak autis di Poliklinik Kesehatan Jiwa Anak dan Remaja Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan two-group pretest-posttest design. Menggunakan uji t dependen diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan uji t independen diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,036. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen stres memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam mengurangi tingkat stres pengasuhan pada orang tua yang mengikuti intervensi. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi, menunjukkan bahwa kelompok yang menerima intervensi pelatihan manajemen stres memiliki tingkat stres pengasuhan yang lebih rendah. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan manajemen stres dapat diintegrasikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan profesi keperawatan dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan dukungan emosional kepada orang tua dengan anak autis.

Abstract

Babies with Low Birth Weight (LBW) are more at risk of occurring at short birth intervals than at longer birth intervals. The reproductive capacity of women can decrease and return to the primiparous state in women who experience long birth intervals which can also be risky for the baby. The purpose of this study was to determine the consequences of birth spacing on the health of newborns. This study uses two methods, both quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative method uses data from the 2017 IDHS with a cross-sectional research design. The sample of this research is mothers who gave birth in the last five years and had at least 2 (two) pregnancies. The results of this study found that 9.8% experienced short birth spacing and 7.2% of babies born with low birth weight. This study confirms the existence of a relationship between birth spacing and the incidence of LBW babies. Short birth interval risks giving birth to babies with LBW. It is hoped that the results of this study will become an initial reference for designing policies on birth intervals to improve newborn health and reduce infant mortality.

Abstract

Abstract Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is all health behavior that is carried out with awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and play a pivotal role in health activities in the community. The CHLB aims to increase the ability of families to carry out the CHLB and participate actively in the health movement of the community. The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of knowledge and education towards the implementation of the CHLB of family in the hamlet of Kampung Baru of Sumber Agung village, in the sub-district of Kalanea, East Luwu Regency in 2020. This study is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This research was conducted from July to August 2020 with a total population of 171 respondents and a sample of 63 respondents. The results of the study using the chi-square test obtained the score of knowledge pv = 0.000 (pv < 0.005), meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge and Clean Living Behavior. Meanwhile, the score of education with the chi-square test was 0.003 (pv < 0.005), which means that there was a relationship between education and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. Based on the results of this study, the family members are suggested to always conduct clean and healthy living behavior in order to maintain health in the family.

Abstract

The creed of extremeJabariyah is considered heretical. Their leader were Ja`d bin Dirham and Jahm Ibn Safwan. Errors of it thougt can be seen from its teachings. It teaches that man was forced into everything (Jabara). Humans do not have the freedom, and free will. All that is done of human is because of compulsion. They blame God for all the sins they have committed. The error of  its  thought  stems  from  the  idea  that  man  is  an  inanimate  object.  Like  a  puppet  which  is  only driven by the puppeteer. Whatever man’s done is masterminded by the puppet. The theology of this religious  group  is  known  as  fatalism.  Jabariyah  extreme”s  mindset  makes  its  adherents  become lazy. In addition, they are also passive and see theirself unable to do anything. They have lost before the match and died before the war.
