Abstract

Pengolahan tahu menghasilkan limbah berupa ampas tahu berbentuk padat dan cair. Desa Wakahmerupakan salah satu desa yang terdapat UMKM tahu. UMKM tahu mempunyai kapasitas produksi30-45 kg kedelai, menghasilkan limbah cair dan padat ampas tahu kurang lebih 30 kg per harinya.Tujuan dari program ini adalah 1) Memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu menjadi produk berupa pupukorganik cair. 2) Memberdayakan kelompok tani desa Wakah dalam mengolah limbah cair tahu menjadipupuk organik cair. Metode Pelaksanaan PKM adalah pembuatan pupuk organik cair dengan tahapanpencampuran bahan, pemberian starter, fermentasi, dan pengenceran. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitusosio persuasif yang artinya mengajak kelompok tani dalam mengolah limbah cair tahu denganpendekatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Hasil dari program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengalaman danketerampilan bagi kelompok tani dalam mengoloah limbah cair tahu menjadi POC, mampumengaplikasan prinsip 5R (refuse, reuse, recycle, reduce, replace), selain itu hasil yang paling utamaadalah adanya antusias warga masyarakat khususnya kelompok tani dalam mengikuti programkemitraan sebagai upaya untuk menunjang pertanian. Kesimpulan dari hasil program ini adalah perluadanya pendampingan intensif kepada masyarakat terutama dalam mengelola limbah yang lain dan jugapendampingan dalam berwirausaha. Sehingga tujuan utama dari program ini tercapai yaitumeningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui ekonomi produktif.

Abstract

Wakah Village, Ngrambe Subdistrict is one of catfish farming village in Ngawi District. The obstacles faced by catfish farmers are the high price of feed, thus increasing the cost of production, and also capital. Catfish farmers have not been using alternative feed and still rely on pellet which is produced by factories. Alternative solutions that can be done is to make pellets from local ingredients such as tofu-lees and probiotics. The purpose of this program is to empower Wakah community in making alternative catfish feed of tofu-lees and probiotics. The methods used are the preparation of the program, the manufacturer of the product and the proximate analysis, the making of tutorials videos and guide books, socialization and training, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating. The result of society's empowerment is catfish farmers in the group Margo Rukun has potential ability to develop fish pellets from the tofu-lees and probiotics. Proximate analysis of fish pellets from tofu and probiotics showed a 32.6% protein, 6.2% fat, 4.5% reducing sugar, 4.8% crude fiber, and 0.3% Ca mineral. Video tutorials and guide books talking about fish pellets made of tofu-lees and probiotics are able to be used by society. Catfish farmers in group Margo Rukun have an ability in making pellets from tofu-lees and probiotics independently with the percentage of material achievement is 80% of the total number of group members. The difficulties which are faced by the farmers during breeding the catfish are weather, supporting material, and marketing. The result of monitoring and evaluation show that catfish farmers Margo Rukun is committed to developing fish pellets from tofu-lees and probiotics as the effort of program sustainability.

Abstract

Utilization of Soybean Dregs Into Crackers To Improve the Skills of the Wakah Village Community of Ngrambe Subdistrict, Ngawi RegencyAbstract. Wakah Village is one of the tofu industry villages in Ngrambe, Ngawi Regency. Tofu waste in Setono Village has not been used optimally. Solid tofu waste has nutritional content that can still be used as a potential culinary product. The product developed is soybean crackers. This community empowerment program was carried out in July 2019 with 30 participants. The method used is the delivery of material, making raw crackers, frying crackers, and packaging the product. In general, the training went well. The level of understanding of the material and skills of participants was 90%. The result show that tofu industry waste can be used as soybean crackers. An increase in the knowledge and skills of the Wakah Village community in processing tofu industrial waste into soybean crackers.Keywords: Pulp, soybean, crackers, Wakah.Abstrak. Desa Wakah merupakan salah satu desa industri tahu di Kecamatan Ngrambe Kabupaten Ngawi. Limbah tahu di Desa Setono belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah tahu padat mempunyai kandungan gizi yang masih dapat digunakan sebagai produk kuliner yang potensial. Produk yang kembangkan adalah kerupuk ampas kedelai. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2019 dengan peserta sejumlah 30 orang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah penyampaian materi, pembuatan kerupuk mentah, menggoreng kerupuk, dan mengemas produk. Secara umum pelatihan berjalan lancar. Tingkatpemahaman materi dan keterampilan peserta sejumlah 90%. Hasil dari program ini adalah limbah industri tahu dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi kerupuk ampas kedelai.  Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Wakah dalam mengolah limbah industri tahu menjadi kerupuk ampas kedelai. Abstract

Era digital menjadikan mobile learning sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang sering digunakan oleh siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan, validitas, kelayakan dan keefektifan penggunaan mobile learning pada materi Biologi di SMAN 6 Madiun. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk mobile learning terdiri dari 3 materi pembelajaran.  Multimedia mobile learning dinyatakan valid oleh validator. Perolehan skor rata-rata validasi materi menunjukkan angka 43 yang berarti sangat valid. Sedangkan perolehan skor rata-rata validasi media menunjukkan angka 57 dengan kategori juga sangat valid. Multimedia mobile learning dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Presentase hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan 62% menyatakan multimedia mobile learning sangat layak, 33% layak, dan 5% cukup layak.

Abstract

Vertebrate zoology lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic brought about a transformation from face-to-face lecture systems to online self-learning. Students with various learning styles experience difficulties in studying vertebrate zoology courses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic zoology vertebrate course as a whole and based on student learning styles. This research was conducted at the University of PGRI Madiun and IKIP Budi Utomo in May 2020. The number of respondents was 140 students of the Biology Education Department. This type of research is qualitative research with a survey method. The instrument used was a questionnaire analysis of vertebrate zoological learning difficulties using the google form. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the learning difficulties of students, in general, were related to the understanding of scientific names as much as 71% and the fulfillment of teaching materials as much as 51%. The learning difficulties of students with a visual learning style consisted of understanding scientific names (69%) and the fulfillment of teaching materials (57%). The learning difficulties of students with auditory learning styles consist of understanding scientific names (81%). The learning difficulties of students with the kinesthetic learning style consisted of understanding scientific names (67%). This study concludes that students' difficulties are dominated by understanding scientific names and the availability of teaching materials.
