Abstract

Abstract

The teaching of mathematics in primary schools frequently encounters challenges in raising pupils' academic performance, particularly in the cognitive area. Using Papada media, the PBL Learning Model is being used to address this issue. seeks to assess how well the PBL learning model—which is aided by Papada media—improves second-level mathematics learning results at Stage B SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. A one-group pretest-posttest research design with experimental methodologies and a quantitative methodology were employed in the study. 28 students from SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang's class IV B made up the research sample, and a multiple-choice exam was employed to gather data. The outcomes of the paired sample t data analysis with a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, the test revealed a substantial increase in student learning outcomes following the implementation of the therapy, supporting the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1) and the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). These results suggest that the PBL Learning Model, which is backed by Papada Media, is useful for enhancing mathematics learning outcomes, particularly for the two-phase B level curriculum at SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang.

Abstract

Abstract The Double J Stent is a tool to prevent kidney stone fragments from blocking the patient's ureter after surgery. The procedure for removing the Double J stent tube can be done using One Day Care (ODC) or without hospitalization, but it can cause anxiety for the patient who is going to have the operation. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of prehospital education on the anxiety of Double J stent removal one-day care patients at the Central Surgery (IBS) Installation at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The research was designed using a quantitative research design with a post-test-only control design approach. The sample in this study was taken using the total sampling method, so that 20 people were divided into two groups: the control group (without education) and the intervention group (with health education). The instrument used was the Zung Self-Anxiety Rating Scale (ZSAS). Results of the analysis The Mann Whitney test showed that there was a difference in the average anxiety score of Double J Stent Removal One Day Care patients at the Central Surgical Installation of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang, between the control and intervention groups (p value <0.05). In other words, there is an influence of prehospital educational actions on reducing anxiety in Double J Stent Removal One Day Care patients at the Central Surgical Installation of Dr. RSUD. Saiful Anwar Malang. This research is expected to become study material for hospitals to create and implement policies regarding the implementation of prehospital nurse education for Double J Stent Removal One Day Care patients at the Installation Central Surgery at Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the relationship between the independent variables, namely; work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and work loyalty (X3), with the dependent variable, namely employee work performance (Y) Bureau of Finance, Human Resources and Infrastructure Facilities of Ibnu Sina University, both individually and together. The population of this study was all employees of the Bureau of Finance, Human Resources and Infrastructure of Ibnu Sina University, totaling 32 people. In this study, there was no classification of employee differences based on type or class status; both types of employment had the same treatment. Samples were taken from all existing populations, which amounted to 32 people. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and work loyalty (X3) on employee work performance (Y), as indicated by the Fcount value of 30.799. This value is much smaller than the Fcount value at the 0.05 alpha significance level, 2.95, or F = 30.799 < F0,05(3:28) = 2.95. Thus, it means that the better the work motivation where employees work, the higher the work discipline of employees, and the higher the work loyalty between employees, the higher the work performance of these employees. The relationship pattern of the four variables expressed by the multiple regression equation Yˆ = -11.443 + 0.497X1 + 0.079X2 + 0.937X3. Previously based on validity and reliability tests, all instruments met the validity and reliability requirements. If calculated per variable, the variable with the most influence is the work loyalty variable, which has a coefficient of determination of 64.2%. This means that job loyalty is the factor that most influence employee work performance.
