Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of the derivatives market in Indonesia. The derivatives market in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth in response to increasing economic complexity and the need for risk management. This research aims to analyze the development of the derivatives market in Indonesia with a focus on inhibiting factors and opportunities. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Overall, the derivatives market in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years, marked by an increase in futures contract trading volume on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ). Product innovation, such as stock indices and interest rate futures contracts, as well as the involvement of institutional investors, are the main factors driving this growth. However, the growth of the derivatives market in Indonesia is still relatively slow compared to neighboring countries in the Asian region. The results of this research show that after COVID-19, the derivatives market in Indonesia has bounced back after the fall in the JCI. Governments and markets worked together, addressing risks and recovering well. Derivatives are a solution to manage risk, but education needs to be improved. Despite reforms, challenges remain. This reflects changes and efforts to deal with economic uncertainty.

Abstract

In increasing sales there are several strategies that can be done. This study aims to determine how much direct influence variables of service quality, employee incentives, and grouping of goods to the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Minang Traditional House Stamp At Medan City 2017-2021. The samples in this study are employees at UD. New Fortune Medan Denai District. Deep method This study used a quantitative approach using analysis the path with the linear regression model is supported by model tests and statistical tests using SPSS version 21. From the results of research conducted, the authors conclude that this research produces a coefficient of determination (R-square) that is equal to 98.4% variable Quality of service, employee incentives, and grouping of goods affect the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Traditional House Minang in Medan City in 2017-2021, while 1.6% is explained by other factors. Simultaneously shows the variable Quality of service, Employee incentives, and grouping of goods affect the increase Sales Ud. New Fortune Minang Traditional House Stamp in Medan City Year 2017-2021, this is indicated by the value of Fcount (956.647) > Ftable (2.80). Partially shows the quality of service and grouping of goods effect on the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Traditional House Minang in Medan City in 2017-2021, however, employee incentives are variable no effect on the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Rumah Minang Customs in Medan City 2017-2021.

Abstract

The world economy is expected to experience difficulties amid the threat of an imminent global recession, this is reinforced by the fact that many world central banks such as the Bank of the United States (THE FED), European Union, United Kingdom, etc. have raised their interest rates. Therefore, this is also a big concern for Indonesia. Albeit many economists say that Indonesia will survive a recession, and this opinion is supported by a report from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) that Indonesia's economy will grow by more than 5% in 2022 despite the threat of a recession, Indonesia still needs to determine the necessary preparation strategy if a recession occurred. This study aims to analyze how Indonesia's strategy is in facing the threat of a global recession. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using data obtained from literature studies which are analyzed in depth. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia's strategy in dealing with this threat is to increase productivity, investment and competitiveness as well as strengthen the economy and fiscal and monetary capabilities, which must also be supported by the role of the community such as business development and supporting MSME businesses in an effort to boost economic growth.

Abstract

Konflik di Sudan memiliki dampak kompleks terutama pada sektor ekonomi di negara tersebut dan juga berdampak secara global. Mahasiswa Indonesia yang belajar di Sudan mungkin menghadapi tantangan tambahan akibat situasi konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak konflik Sudan terhadap perekonomian lokal dan mahasiswa Indonesia yang belajar di sana. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menyoroti penurunan signifikan dalam inflasi tahunan Sudan pada tahun 2022, dipicu oleh kekurangan pasokan dan faktor impor. LPT PBNU memberikan opsi studi di dalam negeri sebagai alternatif yang lebih efisien untuk menghindari konflik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang situasi ekonomi dan pendidikan di Sudan akibat konflik.
