At this timeKindergarten Students still use conventional methods to learnabout the Asmaul Husna, the use of technology has not been fullyutilized. This causes the difficulty of understanding the student inthe learning process. Additionally, causing a sense of boredom inmemorizing Asmaul Husna. Therefore, it is necessary that theappropriate learning media kindergarten students become moreinterested in memorizing Asmaul Husna. The use of interactiveanimations is the best solution to solve the existing problems, butcan be used as a medium of learning, interactive animation canalso eliminate the tedium of the everyday activities of children.Intisari – Komputer yang merupakan suatu peralatan yangdapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia,baik di bidang pekerjaan maupun di bidang pendidikan. Padasaat ini, Siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak masih menggunakanmetode konvensional dalam belajar mengenal Asmaul Husna,penggunaan teknologi belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal.Hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya pemahaman siswa dalam prosesbelajar mengajar. Selain itu, menimbulkan rasa bosan dalammenghafal Asmaul Husna. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan mediapembelajaran yang sesuai supaya Siswa Taman Kanak-Kanakmenjadi lebih tertarik dalam menghafal asmaul husna.Penggunaan animasi interaktif merupakan solusi yang terbaikuntuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, selain dapatdigunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, animasi interaktif jugadapat menghilangkan rasa bosan terhadap aktivitas anaksehari-hari.Kata kunci – animasi interaktif, asmaul husna, mediapembelajaran, teknologi

Abstract

Research on Spirulina sp. has been development since it was found to have a high economic value and as healthful as human traditional food such as the fishes. Therefore, the factors that influence the culturing of this algae should be maintained properly to obtain a high quality of the product. The research was done to determine the interaction of salinity and the dosage of the urea fertilizer on the population growth of Spirulina sp. factorial design with the combination treatment of four salinities (12,5 ppt, 15 ppt, 17,5 ppt, 20 ppt) and three dosage of urea fertilizer (80 ppm, 100 ppm, 120 ppm), are applied with 3 replications. The result indicated that the highest Spirulina sp. population is 321000 unit/ml, wet weight is 3,349 gr/l and dry weight is 1,315 gr/l which was found on the 20 ppt salinity and 120 ppm of urea fertilizer dosage.
