Abstract

Abstrak: Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan yang dilakukan pada lembaga pendidikan atau satuan pendidikan yang memprogramkan lembaganya untuk menjadi lembaga yang bermutu. Namun tarik menarik kepentingan dalam memberiikan pembiayaan sering dialami oleh lembaga pendidikan sehingga lembaga pendidikan berpangku tangan untuk menunggu para donator untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan demi menciptakan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengkajian kritis dan mendalam pada bahan-bahan pustaka yang dianggap relevan oleh karena itu pemaparan dan penjelasan dari fenomena yang akan dibahas merupakan hasil studi kepustakaan yang di konfersikan terhadap realitas yang di temukan di lapangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research work was to analyze the form of communication between the Head of MIN West Medan and the Madrasah Committee at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli City, analyze the aspects that were communicated by the Head of Madrasah with the Madrasah Committee at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli, and analyze the communication media used by the Head of Gunung Sitoli City Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2. The descriptive method is used in this study, which takes a qualitative approach. The validity of the data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentary studies to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research using the standard of data validity suggested by Lincoln and Guba, which consisted of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study revealed a type of communication between the Head of Madrasah and the Madrasah Committee in Madrasah Negeri 2 Ibtidaiyah Communications that was related to verbal communication between the Madrasah Heads and the Madrasah Committee in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out about the criticism of Madrasah HR development analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach with analytical techniques based on books, journals, and documents related to the study under study. Based on the findings, it shows that Madrasah HR Development, especially for Teachers, has been running and continues to experience updates, starting from data collection using a digital or IT-based Management Information System. The current quality of madrasas is the result of collaboration in human resource development between Islamic Religious Universities, Regional Offices of the Ministry of Religion, the Director General of Islamic Education and Religious Education and Training Centers. Abstract

Background: The learning process of Islamic Cultural History still adheres to the old paradigm, where teachers passively transfer knowledge to students. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to enhance understanding and productivity through the development of teaching materials. Method: This study adopts a research and development (R&D) approach, employing analysis techniques to assess the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the teaching materials. Result: The results indicate that, on average, the proportion of time teachers spend explaining instructional materials to students is 24.70% of the available time for each session. The average percentage of time teachers spend summarizing instructional materials and providing reflections is 12.60%. Additionally, the average percentage of time teachers spend responding to student questions is 12.10%, while the average percentage of time teachers spend asking questions to students is 10.20% of the allocated time for each session. Conclusion: Therefore, multiliteracy-based instructional materials for Islamic Cultural History can be considered a new paradigm in education. This is because these materials are developed through research and development activities and have been proven to demonstrate an improvement in students' learning outcomes.Top of Form

Abstract

Education financing is part of implementing quality education in educational institutions or academic units that program their institutions to become quality institutions. However, the tug-of-war of interest in providing funding is often experienced by educational institutions so that educational institutions stand idly by, waiting for donors to obtain funding to create quality educational institutions. This research is a type of library research, namely research that is carried out through critical and in-depth studies of library materials that are considered relevant. Find in the field. The research findings indicate that the cost of education has an important influence on improving the quality of education. The use of education costs evenly is expected to improve the overall quality of education in all circles of society. Furthermore, cooperation between the government, local government, and the community needs to support a qualified and high-quality learning process.
