Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring perkembangan teknologi yang cepat. Infrastruktur yang dibangun meliputi berbagai bidang seperti gedung, jembatan, jalan, irigasi, dan proyek lainnya, bertujuan untuk memperlancar aktivitas penduduk. Dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan bisnis yang semakin kompleks, berbagai jenis badan usaha dibentuk melalui perjanjian kerja sama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para pelaku bisnis. Salah satu bentuk badan usaha tersebut adalah Joint Operation (operasi kerja sama). Joint Operation menjadi jenis aliansi yang dianggap tepat, strategis, dan menguntungkan bagi industri konstruksi. Joint Operation menjadi jenis aliansi yang dianggap tepat, strategis, dan menguntungkan bagi industri konstruksi. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia yang berskala besar, di mana kontraktor-kontraktor besar saling terlibat. Diharapkan melalui kerja sama, kinerja yang lebih baik dapat terjadi antara mitra karena kompetensi dan sumber daya dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang terlibat dapat digabungkan.Pembangunan pemukiman menjadi sangat penting bagi negara dan masyarakat, karena setiap orang atau anggota masyarakat membutuhkan pemukiman sebagai kebutuhan dasarnya, yakni tempat tinggal. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada para pelaksana proyek kerja sama operasi dan di dapatkan hasil pembahasan diketahui Sistem joint operasi antara PT. X dan PT. Y pada proyek pembangunan infrastruktur pemukiman di Kota Palu memberikan manfaat dalam memperluas wilayah usaha, mendukung kegiatan lapangan, dan meningkatkan koordinasi serta pengawasan proyek secara efektif. Pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab yang jelas dalam perjanjian Joint Operation meminimalisir potensi konflik antara kedua PT. Dengan adanya kesepahaman yang jelas, pelaksanaan proyek dapat berjalan lebih lancar dan terhindar dari potensi hambatan.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of revenue for the Indonesian state. For this reason, maximizing tax revenue must be increased through taxpayer compliance. Some of the factors that affect taxpayer compliance are tax authorities, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness. The purposes of this study were to analyze the direct effect of tax authorities, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Kalideres. Then, the research also aims to determine the indirect effect between tax authorities and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance through taxpayer awareness. The main theory used in this research is attribution theory. The research method used is quantitative. The research population is all individual taxpayers with independent work who are registered at KPP Pratama Kalideres. Then the research sample was selected using the hair method and resulted in 170 randomly selected samples. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of the study stated that tax authorities, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness partially had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, tax authorities and tax sanctions also have an indirect effect on taxpayer compliance through taxpayer awareness.

Abstract

Fluctuations in engine speed can make motorists unaware of the actual battery voltage and current, even though the battery voltage should be above 85% of the maximum voltage. Typically, the battery voltage for petrol engines is around 12.5 Volts in order to function properly. This study aims to calculate the changes in current and voltage at various loads when the engine rotation is at 1000, 1500, 2500, 3000, 3500, and 4000 rpm. Measurements were made using the ESP8266 microcontroller and compared with measurements using a multimeter. Data was taken by measuring the current and voltage of the battery when the engine was loaded by AC, audio, and lights. The test results show that the voltage measured with a multimeter tends to be higher than that measured with a smartphone. The voltage measured by the multimeter increased from 1000 to 2000 Rpm, decreased at 2500 Rpm, and increased again up to 4000 Rpm. When measured with a smartphone, the voltage tends to be stable from 1500 to 3000 Rpm, and then increases at 3500 and 4000 Rpm. The charging system shows an increase in fulfilled electricity demand at each revolution.
