Abstract

Latar Belakang. Cedera kepala adalah kekerasan pada kepala yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan yang kompleks di kulit kepala, tulang tempurung kepala, selaput otak, dan jaringan otak itu sendiri. Penatalaksanaan cedera kepala di ruang perawatan meliputi : Survey primer, Survey skunder, Stabilisasi dan transport, Penentuan kriteria pasien yang dirawat dan Penentuan kriteria pasien yang di rujuk, Observasi Tanda-Tanda Vital dan Observasi Tanda Neurologis. Sedangkan penatalaksanaan cedera kepala di ruang ICU meliputi : Pencegahan Tekanan tinggi Intra Kranial, Perawatan pasien tidak sadar, Pemberian Antibiotika dan Pemberian Analgetik Metode. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang berjumlah 40 orang. Tehnik Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan persentase kualitatif Hasil Penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang penatalaksanaan cedera kepala, termasuk dalam kategori pengetahuan kurang yaitu ada 16 orang (40%). Sikap perawat terhadap penatalaksanaan cedera kepala sebagain besar tidak mendukung yaitu ada 24 orang (60%). Hasil Penelitian. Hasil penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat terhadap penatalaksanaan cedera kepala (p value = 0,01).sikap perawat terhadap penatalaksanaan cedera kepala sebagian besar tidak mendukung dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat, sehingga peneliti menyarankan bagi bidang keperawatan untuk membuat prosedur tetap, melakukan penyegaran dan memberikan pelatihan tentang penatalaksanaan cedera kepala, meliputi konsep dasar cedera kepala serta penatalaksanaannya.

Abstract

This study explores the historical and sociological trajectory of the Syadziliyah Sufi order in the Indonesian archipelago. Although less prominent than other major Sufi orders such as Qadiriyah or Naqshabandiyah, the Syadziliyah order has played a vital role in shaping the spiritual and social dimensions of Muslim communities in the region. The study applies a qualitative-descriptive method based on literature analysis to examine how the order entered the Nusantara through trade, pilgrimage, and scholarly exchange, as well as how its teachings have been adapted to diverse local cultures. Emphasizing spiritual balance, social engagement, and moderation, the syadziliyah order continues to be relevant in the modern era as a response to spiritual crises and socio-moral challenges. The findings show that its values contribute significantly to ethical development, community solidarity, and the revitalization of Islamic spirituality within the pluralistic society of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the use of ChatGPT to assist students in English writing classes, specifically in the Paragraph Writing course at UNM Parangtambung. The objectives of the research are to explore: (1) how ChatGPT supports students in English writing classes, and (2) the impact of using ChatGPT on students’ writing. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through classroom observations and semi-structured interviews involving one English lecturer and students from class E24 at UNM Parangtambung. The findings reveal that: (1) students use ChatGPT to help generate ideas, construct sentences, and improve efficiency in completing writing tasks; (2) most students acknowledged that ChatGPT facilitates the writing process by providing quick references, enriching vocabulary, and offering feedback; (3) however, students were also aware of ChatGPT’s limitations, such as the use of complex language, occasional inaccuracies, the need for lecturer validation, and ethical concerns regarding student dependence on ChatGPT, which may reduce critical thinking skills and interest in reading. The study concludes that while ChatGPT is considered helpful in addressing writing challenges and enhancing learning motivation, it cannot replace the essential role of lecturers in the teaching and learning process.
