Abstract

Biskuneo is one of the innovative products resulting from research by the National Innovation Research Agency (BRIN) to find the right commercialization strategy based on market demand to support industry needs. The aims of this study were (1) to identify internal and external factors that influence the development strategy of Biskuneo innovation products and (2) to compile the application of the Biskuneo innovation product canvas business model to business development. The canvas business model method is used to map the condition of Biskuneo products, followed by a descriptive and quantitative analysis consisting of an internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), an external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), an internal-external matrix (IE), a matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). The IFE calculation result is 2.339 and the EFE calculation result is 2.580 which is mapped in the IE matrix in cell V, indicating that Biskuneo is in a position to grow and develop. Strategy determination in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I (SO strategy), namely the product has great opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The recommended strategy is an aggressive/progressive strategy.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in footwear/shoes, innovative products in the form of aromatherapy shoes equipped with essential oil extracts from orange peel waste which are useful to suppress the growth of bacteria that cause foot odor. Currently PT XYZ is receiving support from the government through a business incubatror institution, in the form of coaching to increase sales value supported by facilities and access to technology. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors that affect business development; (2) to analyze the business feasibility of PT XYZ; (3) to determine priority strategies for business development. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. While business feasibility uses the calculation method of Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Break Even Points. Internal factors that become strengths are always innovative to new products that are in demand by the market, while weaknesses are complicated recording of expenses and income. The external factor that becomes an opportunity is that as a tenant BRIN can use the lab and the threat is the theft of aromatherapy ideas. The business feasibility analysis is considered feasible and the results of the Determination of strategic priorities with AHP produce four strategic priorities

Abstract

PT. Putra Wisana Motorrad adalah sebuah perusahaan otomotif yang bergerak di bidang services, reparasi dan onderdil untuk kendaraan motor. E-Business dengan konsep CRM adalah strategi bisnis yang menguntungkan perusahaan dengan mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun E-Business dengan konsep CRM, dengan menerapakan teknik pengembangan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) yang merupakan analisis syarat/keperluan yang harus dipenuhi dari sudut pandang kelas dan objek dalam ruang lingkup serta fokus arsitektur software pada manipulasi objek PT. Putra Wisana Motorrad. Teknik ini meliputi 4 tahap yaitu: fase Inception, Elaboration, Construction dan Transition dengan UML (Unified Modelling Language), diagram yang digunakan yaitu: use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Hasil penelitian ini adalah E-Business dengan konsep CRM mampu sebagai fasilitas bagi customer dan administrator perusahaan berdasarkan pengujian blackbox testing terhadap fungsi atau fitur spesifik yang ada
