Abstract

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Limboto with the aim of knowing the Impact of the Online Learning System Policy at SMP Negeri 3 Limboto. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation sheets or direct interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that there are impacts arising from the implementation of the Online Learning System Policy at Limboto 3 Public Middle School, namely student acceptance of ineffective learning materials, no emotional bonds between students and teachers, and can be the cause of the growth of a lazy attitude in oneself. student. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive impact, namely that students can be avoided from the spread of the corona virus, can improve the soul of teachers and parents and can save time and money as well as a negative impact so that student acceptance of learning materials is not effective, bonds are not established. emotional relationship between students and teachers, and can be the cause of the growth of lazy attitudes in students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Kaidundu village officials in the process of implementing the village head election using qualitative methods with descriptive research. The results of the research show that the role of the Kaidundu village officials in the election of the Kaidundu village head has a significant impact on the village head election process. The attitudes, social values, and role of village officials in carrying out village head elctions in Kaidundu village show that (1) The majority of village officials show a positive attitude towards the village head election process, by showing commitment and active participation in supporting the process. However, there are variations in individual attitudes that can influence their consistency and effectiveness in carrying out their duties. (2) Social values such as honesty, justice and transparency play an important role in the views and actions of village officials during the village head election process. However, there are also other factors such as loyalty to certain groups or candidates that can influence the interpretation and application of these values. And (3) The behavior of village officials, including interactions with the community and candidates, use of village resources, and decision making, has direct implications for the integrity and success of the village head election process. Having behavior that is consistent with recognized social values can increase community trust in village officials.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Decent Housing Assistance Program (Mahyani) in Puncak Mandiri Village, Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data sources of the study include the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Apparatus, as well as the recipients and non-recipients of the program. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Mahyani Program in Puncak Mandiri Village still faces several challenges. Although the construction of Mahyani houses has begun, the construction process is still incomplete, and there are shortcomings in the transparency of program implementation by the village government. Furthermore, the main objective of this program, which is poverty alleviation, has not been fully achieved due to budget limitations and dependence on village funds. This study provides important insights for local governments, particularly in enhancing the effectiveness and transparency of social assistance program implementation. Better improvement measures are needed to ensure that assistance programs such as Mahyani can provide maximum benefits to the communities in need
