Abstract

Komunikasi dan keterbukaan diri memiliki peranan yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, masih terjadi komunikasi yang cenderung pada komunikasi yang kurang baik, juga pada keterbukaan diri yang justru mengarah pada keterbukaan diri pada hal-hal yang kontra produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis komunikasi dan keterbuakaan diri dalam pembelajaran yang didasari dari Q.S. An-Nisa ayat 148-149. Dalam penulisan ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian literatur atau library research dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumen, yaitu peneliti mengumpulkan data dari data-data dokumen tafsir, makna kosa kata, asbaabu-n-nuzul, munasabah, dan lain-lain. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan surah An-Nisa ayat 148-149 mengisyaratkan peran komunikasi dan keterbukaan diri dalam kehidupan. Komunikasi dan keterbukaan diri dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Komunikasi yang baik dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa yang baik dalam menyampaikan hal-hal yang dipikirkan dan dirasakan, serta menghindari ucapan-ucapan yang negatif. Keterbukaan diri dalam belajar dibutuhkan sebagai ekspresi atau respon dari stimulan yang diberikan saat proses belajar. Keterbukaan diri yang baik terhadap guru dan teman sebaya turut membantu pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Education understands the process of developing all aspects that exist in humans, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Current educational developments that do not prioritize character education need to be re-integrated with transparent sources. The importance of character and moral education aims to achieve academic goals in harmony with human social life. Good moral education will produce individuals who can support themselves and their environment well and provide positive stimuli for the surrounding environment. Moral or behavior is a critical issue inherent in a person. Discussions related to morality and personality have been studied by several salaf and khalaf scholars. They compiled several unique books related to ethics, morals, and character that is genuinely for a Muslim. The book of Ayyuhal Walad written by Al-Ghazali, describes a commentary on ethics and morals. Through the literature study research method, the contents of the book of Ayyuhal Walad in the character education section can be peeled and analyzed. Humans are social creatures who cannot live alone. Good morals are needed in delivering humans to act and behave humanely towards other humans. The article entitled Actualization of Moral Education in the Ayyuhal Walad Book in Daily Life has several purposes. One of the most important is to explain how the concept of implementing moral education is contained in the book. The contents of the book of Ayyuhal Walad in the character education section can be peeled and analyzed. Humans are social creatures who cannot live alone. Good morals are needed in delivering humans to act and behave humanely towards their environment and other humans. The article entitled Actualization of Moral Education in the Ayyuhal Walad Book in Daily Life has several purposes. One of the most important is to explain how the concept of implementing moral education is contained in the book. Abstract

Leadership is something that is felt to be quite important in the sustainability of an organization or group. A good leadership pattern will produce effective and efficient organizational or group dynamics. Likewise in the scope of education, good and structured leadership will make the achievement of the goals of education itself. Leadership management applied in education needs to be done as well as possible by looking at various considerations. In international school-based education, educational leadership needs to take diversity and culture into consideration. If focused on Islamic education, leadership management in international schools needs to be focused on achieving the vision and mission that has been prepared with various considerations. The visionary, innovative, and varied international school-based characteristics make the need for leadership management in Islamic education that is able to place Islamic education as a handle on the various dynamics that occur.

Abstract

School management is one of the processes to achieve a school atmosphere so that teaching and learning activities can take place effectively and efficiently. Good school management will increase the motivation of educators, but problems will occur if this is seen from the room arrangements and school conditions that are not so good. In the world of education, the notion of quality in the context of educational outcomes refers to the achievements of school students. The achievements achieved by students are non-academic and academic achievements. This research is a literature study research technique where the results of the discussion are the results of references to books, journals, articles that are appropriate or related to this discussion. Looking for various information from books, journals, articles and realities of problems that fit the discussion into one, then reviewed again with grammar and ways to become interesting information. In this article, we will discuss the management of educator achievements in junior high schools, management of junior high school students in Indonesia, the influence of management for junior high school students on learning achievement.
