Abstract

Self-doubt stems from a person's doubts about himself with what he has seen and evaluation of the abilities of others. But he felt unable to do so. This of course must be immediately followed up with various therapies that are possible to reduce and even permanently eliminate this self-doubt in someone. Self-doubt sometimes gives rise to new branches of problems that can have a bad effect on a person. In this case, the counselor tries to provide treatment that is Islamic In nature by using the teachings of the verses of the Qur'an which can be used as medicine or therapy for the counselee. Researchers will take the content in the verses of the Qur'an which will later be used as medicine or therapy for clients who have self-doubt. The research method in this study is a literature review sourced from related books and journals

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving the career adaptability of teenagers, which is still low in Indonesia. In this case, the role in question is optimizing the guidance and counseling service strategy and the competencies that guidance and counseling teachers need to have in responding to the challenges and opportunities of the society 5.0 era. In facing the era of society 5.0, the projected educational curriculum has mentioned several main points, namely, character education, the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively, and the ability to apply technology in this era. In line with the projected education curriculum in Indonesia, there are several challenges in facing the era of society 5.0. One of them is teenagers' unpreparedness in facing career challenges in the future. In this era, teenagers need to have sensitivity in facing challenges into opportunities. One effort that can be made is to increase career adaptability. Career adaptability is an individual's readiness to cope with predictable tasks at work, as well as being able to overcome unexpected situations that may arise as changes in his work conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. The results of this research explain several service strategies that can be implemented by counselors, including involving the use of technology in the guidance process, developing relevant training and education programs, as well as collaborating with related parties to prepare teenagers to face the Society 5.0 era. Apart from that, increasing the competency of guidance and counseling teachers must also be considered so that guidance and counseling teachers can provide the best service to students, especially teenagers, in order to increase the career adaptability of teenagers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui inovasi layanan BK era society 5.0; 2) mengetahui inovasi pelaksanaan layanan BK yang digunakan pada rentang tahun 2019-2023; 3) Untuk mengetahui kompetensi seorang konselor dalam melaksanakan layanan BK inovatif di era society 5.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review. Artikel jurnal yang ditelaah didapatkan dari https://scholar.google.com/ dan http://garuda.ristekdikti.go.id/. Dari 60 jurnal penelitian ini mendapati 24 artikel yang relevan dengan inovasi layanan BK di era society 5.0. 24 jurnal tersebut menghasilkan 3 kategori yakni; 1) Sarana; 2) Media; dan 3) kompetensi konselor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelaksanaan layanan BK di era society 5.0 yang sering digunakan pada tahun 2019-2023 adalah Inovasi Pelaksanaan Layanan BK berbasis cybercounseling dengan media ang digunakan adalah aplikasi redayaku, aplikasi riliv, Model Treffinger Dengan Flipped-Classroom, Artificial Intelligence, dan podcast. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah inovasi pelaksanaan layanan BK era society 5.0 adalah dengan menerapkan cybercounseling.  Kata kunci: inovasi, pelaksanaan layanan BK, era society 5.0
