Abstract

Good nutrition in infancy foster optimal growth and development. Human milk contains all the nutritional needs for the first 6 months of life. Breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months of life but that needed by correct management or efforts, so that every mother can suckle their baby, which one of them by doing the treatment of breast at a period of antenatal. The purpose of this research is to know about the existence of relation the treatment of breast at a period of antenatal with velocity of secretion of primipara mother’s milk after childbirth in RSU Dr Saiful Anwar Malang. This study is descriptive research using cross sectional approach. The existence of relation the treatment of breast at a period of antenatal with velocity of secretion of primipara mother’s milk after childbirth (post partum) tested by using chi-square tests, spearman correlation and odds ratio. The findings were identified that most velocity of secretion primipara mother’s milk after childbirth most showing pertained secretion quickly or less than 24 hours (53,3%). From examination result with Chi-Square test (2 = 8,571 dan p = 0,003) showing that there is relation between the treatment of breast at a period of antenatal with velocity of secretion of primipara mother’s milk after childbirth in RSU Dr Saiful Anwar Malang. The result of correlation test (r = 0,535 and p = 0, 002), show that existence of treatment of breast at a period of antenatal, will make the secretion of primipara mother’s milk after childbirth (post partum) tend to quicker or less than 24 hour with opportunity (odds ratio) 11 times quicker better than the mother which do not do the treatment of breast at a period of antenatal.

Abstract

PNPM or now called KOTAKU or cities without slumps is a program that aimed to reduce the poverty in Indonesia. One of KOTAKU’s program aimed to increase economic conditions of the poor. The revolving fund’s program purposed to provide poor people capital acces that expected could increase their economic aspect. Banyudono district has 15 villages this program recipient. There are 4 ratios to asses the efectiveness revolving fund that used by The Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum, they are : LAR, PAR, CCr, and also loaner from KSM’s women member. Results in this research that the LAR’s ratio averate value >20% which mean uneffective or Suspend. PAR’s ratio average value >20% which mean uaneffective or Suspend. CCr’s average value >125% which effective or satisfactory. ROI’s average value <0% or uneffective or Susepend. For the precentage loaner from KSM’s female member average value <50% which mean effective. Keywords: revolving loan funds; effectiveness; poverty; activity management unit.

Abstract

Industrial competition is currently getting higher and more competitive, especially with the presence of foreign products that characterize the domestic market. On the other hand, the presence of Industry 4.0 which has been echoed since 2011, has made global industry players more competitive to be able to advance their respective technologies based on computer technology and internet networks. Of course, domestic industry players will also not remain silent in the face of this increasingly sharp competitive climate. Supported by the government, in this case the Ministry of Industry, the competitive power of the domestic industry is constantly being honed with various programs being rolled out. One of them is the innovation of superior products as the output of research and development programs that must synergize between the government, the private sector, the community and universities. This study examines whether the research and development activities carried out by the company affect its growth. In the next stage, moderating with age, size and market share is expected to further sharpen this influence.

Abstract

Phenomenon about presence woman in ranks directors companies in Indonesia start get attention until now. Existence gender diversity is also frequent linked with solution to problem from theory agency. Besides than gender diversity, concentration ownership and background behind board education can also affect existence policy payment dividends on a company. Destination main from study this is for give proof empirical about influence presence women on the board of directors in relation with policy distribution dividends. For give proof addition about influence concentration ownership company to policy distribution dividend in third sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. population used in the study this is three sector industry public (industry, real estate and necessities primary consumers) listed on the IDX in the period 2018 to 2019. Because of this data is secondary data, because that data collection carried out that is with method quoting, sorting and tabulating data direct from sources data acquisition above. From this process then use purposive sampling method. existence woman on the board of directors take effect to payment dividend to the holdersstock. Concentration ownership take effect positive to policy payment dividend no accepted. Ownership concentrated more choose for pay dividend more a little because they could maintain source power company in consideration, they than distribute it to holder stock. Background behind influential board education positive to policy dividends.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital consisting of (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) on the timeliness of financial reporting of banks in Indonesia. The sample in this study was 42 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method in this study used the STATA application. The results of this study indicate that human capital (HCE) has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while structural capital (SCE) and relational capital (RCE) do not affect the timeliness of financial reporting.
