Abstract

This article examines trends and strategic issues in teacher professional development in the era of digital transformation based on a review of recent literature. The purpose of the study is to identify trends and strategic issues in the development of teacher professionalism in the era of digital transformation through analysis of current literature, in order to formulate policy recommendations that support the improvement of digital competencies, school leadership, and collaboration between stakeholders in education. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing journal articles, books, and research reports related to human resource development in education. The results showed three main trends, namely the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in teacher training, the important role of school leadership in supporting teacher professionalism, and strengthening collaboration between schools, universities and the government. Strategic issues identified include the need to improve teachers' digital competencies, strengthening induction programs for novice teachers, and integrated teacher career management. Improving digital competencies is a top priority given that digital transformation has changed the roles and responsibilities of teachers. The implication of this research is the need for adaptive policies in developing teacher professionalism that is responsive to the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

Curriculum reformulation in pesantren is a managerial strategy that is adaptive to the challenges of improving the quality of Islamic education in the contemporary era. This study aims to examine curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren At-Taqwa Ajung Jember, focusing on aspects of curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation as a strategy to improve the quality of education. The approach used is qualitative with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that curriculum planning at At-Taqwa Islamic Boarding School was carried out in a structured manner through: (a) organizing subject structures such as material mapping, textbooks, and scientific groupings; (b) preparing academic calendars, effective weeks, and annual activity programs; and (c) preparing learning tools, including syllabi, annual programs, semester programs, and lesson plans. Curriculum implementation is carried out through reviewing teaching tools and supervising learning activities to ensure effective implementation. Curriculum evaluation is carried out in stages: (a) input evaluation includes admission of new students and curriculum preparation; (b) process evaluation of learning implementation and supervision; and (c) output evaluation which includes learning outcomes and student achievement

Abstract

هذا البحث يصف عن برنامج تنمية الموهبة والرغبة للغة العربية في المدرسة سبيل الله المتوسطة سمباغ مادورا. المدرسةسبيل الله المتوسطة سمباغ لها البرامج التعليمية للغة العربية، منها تنمية الموهبة والرغبة. وهذا البرنامج من الأنشطة اللاصفية للمدرسة. وأصبحت برنامج تنمية الموهبة والرغبة الوسائل لتطوير مواهب الطلاب. يهدف هذا البرنامج زيادة المعرفة لدى الطلبة عن اللغة العربية خارج الفصل. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو وصف كيفية إدارة برنامج تنمية الموهبة و الرغبة في الأنشطة اللاصفية لدى طلبة  بالمدرسة سبيل الله المتوسطة سمباغ مادورا. في هذه الدراسة استخدم الباحثون منهجية البحث النوعي الوصفي، وهو نوع من دراسة الحالة. مصدر هذه البيانات هو المشرف في هذا البرنامج. وطرق جمع البيانات بالمقابلات والملاحظات والوثائق. تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن التخطيط لبرنامج اللغة العربيةفي هذه المدرسة يعتمد على المشاورة، والتنظيم القائم على الطلاب، والتنفيذ الفعال والإشراف الجيد. ونتائج الدراسة قابلة للتطبيق في المدارس الأخرى لتطوير الإبتكار وكفاءة الطلاب في تعلّم اللغة العربية.
