Abstract

Indonesia Muslim society. In Banyuwangi, East Java, the text is quite popular. People of Banyuwangi recite the text for several occasions, such as wedding ceremonies, circumcision, childbirths, the celebrations of the Prophet’s birthday, and so forth. Recitation of the text has been a form of art performance. These practices show are a manifestation of the transformation of Arabic and Islamic culture in Banyuwangi, which have contributed signi cantly to culturasl changes in Banyuwangi, East Java.

Abstract

Abstract: The text of Maulid Al-Barzanji can be considered as an Arabic religious literature. It is a very old text and is still accepted by the society, even in Banyuwangi Society, East Java, the text is very popular. Thus, it obtains a various positive feeds-back from Banyuwangi society. One of the feeds-back is, that it becomes a tradition in the society to read the text when they hold marriage ceremony, a feast for celebrating circumsion, childbirth, and celebration for celebrating the birth of our prophet Muhammad (maulid Nabi). The other feed-back is in the performing art form. Those feeds-back are a manifestation of an Arabi-Islamic cultural transformation process on Banyuwangi society East Java that brings a significant changing in the order of Banyuwangi society culture.

Abstract

Abstact: The success of an educational institution is very dependent on the leadership of the principal. Because the principal is the leader of his institution, he must be able to bring his institution towards achieving the stated goals, he must be able to see changes and be able to see a better future in the life of globalization. The principal must be responsible for the smoothness and success of all formal arrangements and management affairs for his superiors or informally to the people who have entrusted their students. The Principal must have a strategy in Increasing Teacher Competence.

Abstract

Tangerine (Citrus nobilis var. microcarpa) is most widely cultivated Citrus in Indonesia, it’s around 80% of all population of Citrus. Citrus can growth and cultivated in low land or upland (0-1500 m above sea level). Indonesia has extreme climate change (La Nina) in 2009 and 2010. Extreme climate change is one of the factors that affect the growth and productivity of citrus both in quality and quantity. Tangerine require 6-9 months of wet season and 3-6 months of dry season, although need enough water in dry season.  This research aims to study the effect of extreme climate change with high rainfall on phenology, productivity and quality of Tangerine in Banyuwangi, Jember and Lumajang. This Research was conducted at Tangerine center from 2005 until 2011 using observation method, the tangerine that use was from 5 years after planted until 12 years after planted. The Result showed that high precipitation occurred in 2010 (without dry season) affect the phenology cycle from 1-3 times in a year until 4-6 times in a year, but not become a fruit due high flower drop. It’s cause a decrease in Productivity form 20-30 ton/h until 5-10 ton/h and also a decrease in quality (color, flavor and total dissolved solid). The result also showed that PJTKS system (Integrated Management for Healthy Tangerine) can prevent a decrease in Tangerine Productivity (10-12 ton/h). This Research also obtained that dry land and sandy land has potential for cultivation of tangerine that originally grown in paddy field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, first, to analyze and describe students' learning motivation at SMP Hidayatul Ummah Surabaya; second, to analyze and describe the implementation of the Assure learning model in the subject, Islamic Religious Education at SMP Hidayatul Ummah Surabaya; and, third, to analyze and describe whether the Assure learning model in the subject, Islamic Religious Education can increase student learning motivation at SMP Hidayatul Ummah Surabaya. This was a qualitative research with a case study as the research approach. Data collection techniques in this research was using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that, first, students' motivation at SMP Hidayatul Ummah Surabaya before this study was quite low; second, the implementation of the Assure learning model in the subject, Islamic Religious Education at SMP Hidayatul Ummah Surabaya has been going quite well even though there are still deficiencies; and, third, the Assure learning model in the subject, Islamic Religious Education is proven to be able to increase the student learning motivation at SMP Hidayatul Ummahl Surabaya.

Abstract

The ability of pesantren to always develop community education is proof of the existence of these institutions in the midst of a society that continues to experience change. Islamic boarding schools are able to mobilize resources, both energy and funds, to be able to play an active role as a stronghold against various cultures that have a negative impact. This fact also shows that pesantren are educational institutions that have the strength to survive in the midst of the community. The pesantren is also still able to show its contribution in the development of community education today.

Abstract

Every human being has innate potential, which is both good and bad potential. However, this innate potential cannot develop by itself, meaning that it requires a well-organized system. In Indonesia the education system with good management in the form of educational institutions, such as formal, non-formal and informal educational institutions. This educational institution is a reflection of the implementation of Law Number 20 Year 2003 concerning the National Education System. The fact is that the government and all its efforts in improving the quality of educational institutions have not been able to optimally create superior products that can compete nationally and internationally. Not only that, the output produced is quite a lot that is not in accordance with the realm and goals of education itself, namely creating a true human being, a human being with a whole human personality. This article will discuss in detail the effectiveness of integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor factors in achieving positive behavior amid globalization and industry 4.0. the type of research is qualitative with the type of literature approach, which is research centered on literature study
