Abstract

This article only focuses on the preliminary analysis of the book, the first, second, and third chapters. Meanwhile, the next chapters can be perfected by devotees, activists, and lovers of Hadratu as-Shaykh Kh Hasim Asy'ari in different writings and contexts. One of the famous and very influential figures in the land of Java is Hadratussyaikh KH Hasyim Asy'ari. He KH Hasyim Asy'ari has contributed to the development and growth of the Islamic world through monumental works, one of his books that became a reference is Adab Al-'Alim wal Muta'allim. The method used is qualitative with the type of library research. Qualitative research is natural research, examining real conditions that are not engineered at all. The conclusion is that the Book of Adab Al-'Alim wal Muta'allim animates the pesantren curriculum. The hope is that it can also animate the individuals of the students who are struggling to find knowledge. The book of Adab Al-'Alim wal Muta'allim is systematically constructed, the study begins with the introduction of the privileges of a scientist, arranging intentions when looking for knowledge, ethics of a scientist, and ethics in finding a teacher. The emphasis in Adab Al-'Alim wal Muta'allim is more on adab or character, this can be seen from Kh Hasim Asy'ari's quotes in verses, hadiths, and atsar of friends about the highest value of life.

Abstract

Pesantren in Indonesia is diverse, there is a model of pesantren salaf, classic, or traditional. There is also a modern boarding school. And there is also a comprehensive pesantren, which is a pesantren that combines salaf curriculum with government curriculum. Pesantren salaf or modern pesantren can not be separated from the paradigm and model of Kiai leadership. . Kiai dipesantren has a strong influence. Kiai's decision cannot be contested by anyone, including how to manage the pesantren. Today, pesantren has grown rapidly. The existence of pesantren in Indonesia became the main foundation of deradicalization and filtering of liberal understanding through global flows. This article describes leadership facts. Traditional and Modern Kiai and its implications for the management of Islamic Educational Institutions. The research method used is qualitative research with the type of literature study research. From the results of the analysis obtained conclusions as a result: Paradgima Kiai has implications for the management system of Islamic Educational Institutions. Pesantren with a classical or traditional management system is generally motivated by the Kiai paradigm. While pesantren with modern management system is also motivated by paradgima kiai. Traditional boarding schools lead to institutions that are committed to shutting themselves off from changes in the education system. It is better understood as an orthodox, static, closed, and traditional institution. While modern Pesantren is a development of classical pesantren. Facilities, facilities, and infrastructure are more complete. Generally the modern pesantren curriculum is compiled from the results of the integration of the pesantren curriculum with the government curriculum, the two provisions of the curriculum are squeezed into one unit

Abstract

Stroberi merupakan salah satu komoditas buah-buahan yang penting di  dunia, terutama untuk negara-negara beriklim subtropis. Perbanyakan vegetatif pada tanaman stroberi yang paling banyak dilakukan oleh petani yaitu dengan menumbuhkan stolon, ada juga dengan anakan, namun belum ada riset ilmiah tentang bahan tanam dan pengaruhnya terhadap produkstivitas stroberi. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mempelajari pengaruh jenis bahan tanam dan varietas pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman stroberi (2) Untuk menentukan jenis bahan tanam maupun varietas stroberi yang paling baik, sehingga diperoleh pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman stroberi yang terbaik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April - Juli 2013 di Kebun Percobaan Kliran (Sumber Brantas). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial. Faktor I = macam bahan tanam (indukan, anakan dan stolon). Faktor II = varietas (Santung, Sweet Charlie dan Lokal Brastagi). Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan bahan tanam Indukan dengan varietas Lokal Brastagi memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter bobot basah tanaman, bobot kering tanaman dan jumlah anakan. Sedangkan bahan tanam stolon dengan varietas Lokal Brastagi menghasilkan panjang buah tertinggi. Kata kunci: Bahan tanam, Fragaria sp., Stroberi, Varietas
