In this digital era, it seems that printed book readers are starting to shift to digital book readers through electronic devices, new technology has brought great benefits and opportunities in terms of getting information more quickly and efficiently. This study aims to analyze students' reading ability and the characteristics of the media needed to facilitate students' reading activities. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design, with a sample of 100 high school students. The technique of collecting data is through a questionnaire with the instrument consisting of questions that refer to the indicators of PISA questions to find out what difficulties students face in doing the PISA test, the results of the questionnaire are then analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results showed that the overall level of students' reading ability was still relatively low, through the questionnaire it was also shown that students were very interested in developing a learning media, with one of the prominent characteristics of the media being interactive. Therefore, students need an innovation in the form of developing learning media that contains certain characteristics according to the times so that it can be used as a means to facilitate students in activating reading skills. reading skills and reading interest.

This study aims to systematically examine the evolution of educational technology definitions developed by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) from 1960 to 2025. The analysis employed a systematic literature review (SLR) based on Kitchenham’s protocol. Data were obtained from 31 peer-reviewed articles published in Scopus-indexed journals and analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the definitional evolution of educational technology was influenced by shifts in learning paradigms, advancements in digital technologies, and global educational policies. These definitional changes have significantly shaped the implementation practices, expanded the disciplinary domain, and reinforced the field's relevance amidst technological disruption. The latest AECT definition emphasizes systemic, ethical, and performance-based approaches, guiding the development of inclusive and adaptive future learning systems. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis perkembangan definisi teknologi pendidikan yang dirumuskan oleh Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) dari tahun 1960 hingga 2025. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) berbasis protokol Kitchenham. Data dikumpulkan dari 31 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal terindeks Scopus, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa evolusi definisi teknologi pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh perubahan paradigma pembelajaran, kemajuan teknologi digital, serta tuntutan sosial dan kebijakan pendidikan global. Perubahan definisi tidak hanya berdampak pada praktik implementasi dan ruang lingkup teknologi pendidikan, tetapi juga pada transformasi domain keilmuan dan relevansinya dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi. Definisi terbaru AECT menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan sistemik, etis, dan berbasis kinerja, yang mengarahkan pengembangan pembelajaran masa depan yang inklusif dan adaptif.

Isu rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran di SD wilayah Bekasi disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pembelajaran mendalam dan minimnya penggunaan media presentasi interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang media presentasi interaktif berbasis konsep deep learning. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendekatan hybrid learning yang meliputi pelatihan tatap muka, pendampingan daring, dan evaluasi bertahap. Strategi pelaksanaan dimulai dari tahap asesmen kebutuhan hingga evaluasi hasil karya guru. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media presentasi interaktif dengan elemen presentasi interaktif, hyperlink, dan format kuis, serta pemahaman konsep pembelajaran mendalam. Evaluasi reaksi dan post-test memperlihatkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi dan penguasaan materi yang baik. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis pelatihan kontekstual efektif dalam mendukung transformasi praktik pembelajaran guru di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Along with the development of science and technology, books are starting to be replaced by electronic devices, new technology has brought great benefits and opportunities in terms of getting information more quickly and in a more efficient way. Unfortunately, the ease of getting information has made people's awareness of the importance of having the ability to read increasingly disappear. . This is proven by survey results from various international institutions regarding the low reading ability of Indonesian students. The efforts made by the government through the recent reading literacy policy have provided changes for the better, although not yet significant, therefore, research was conducted on 100 students using PISA questions to find out what difficulties students faced in taking the PISA test from the results of the analysis. The results found that students had difficulty in taking the PISA test, namely questions related to reflecting and evaluating text in tabular form extensively, analyzing the combination of information in non-continuous images and graphs, integrating and interpreting text appropriately, and reflecting and evaluating text in table continuous.
