Abstract

The focus of this research is to examine the use of learning media which is limited to one of the educational-based game applications, namely Quizizz. This study aims to determine the effect of using quizizz on student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects and to analyze teacher strategies to increase student motivation in learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational analysis method. Using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 41 samples from 491 total population of class X at SMKN 26 Jakarta. The questionnaire instrument consists of 20 positive and negative statements on the variables X and Y. This study shows the results that there is an influence by using Quizizz on student learning motivation, this evidence comes from the hypothesis test ro > rt with a result of ro ​​of 0.436, the result is greater than "rt" a significant level of 5% is 0.316 and a significant level of 1% is 0.408 and the coefficient of determination is 0.190 or 19%. Thus the results of this study indicate that learning media using quizizz have a moderate/sufficient correlation with student learning motivation in PAI subjects with a value of 0.436 or 43.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi manajemen kinerja yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran di lingkungan pendidikan. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi berbagai pendekatan manajerial yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru dan manajer pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Dengan mengadopsi prinsip manajemen kinerja, termasuk penetapan tujuan yang jelas, evaluasi berkala, umpan balik konstruktif, dan pengembangan profesional, diharapkan kualitas pengajaran dapat meningkat secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi manajerial yang efektif demi peningkatan hasil pendidikan.

Morals are traits that have been embedded in the soul that encourage one's behavior easily so that it becomes habitual behavior. This study uses the type of research in the form of Library Research (Library Research). Library research is a research conducted by reading, studying books by quoting from various theories and opinions that have a relationship with the problem under study. This study takes the thinking of Imam Hasan Al-Banna because Imam Hasan has a character of its own renewal that distinguishes it from the previous scholars. Among the most important aspects of education in the Ta'lim Treatise is the moral aspect. Among the most important aspects of education in the Ta'lim Treatise is the moral aspect. Hasan al Banna called it the "stick of command for change", because morality according to Al Banna is the first pillar of societal change. Al Banna said that Islam depends on changing the affairs of this ummah on changes in morals and cleanliness of the soul. The purpose of education according to Hasan Al Banna is oriented to the realization of Islamic identity, namely forming a Muslim personality.

Abstract

Dalam proses peradilan pidana, dari penyidikan hingga pengadilan ditemukan kejanggalan. Seperti kasus kematian enam laskar FPI di KM 50, perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh tiga anggota Polda Metro Jaya dinilai melakukan perbuatan Unlawful Killing. Permasalahan bagaimana perlindungan hukum HAM terhadap korban Unlawful Killing dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia dan bagaimana sanksi terhadap pelaku Unlawful Killing. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perlindungan HAM terhadap korban dan sanksinya. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif, pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menjelaskan analisa permasalahan. penelitian menghasilkan jawaban bahwa terdapat banyak peraturan perlindungan hukum HAM baik terhadap korban Unlawful Killing maupun dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Sanksi bagi pelaku perbuatan Unlawful Killing belum terdapat ketentuan pidana secara khusus bagi pelaku, seperti kasus kematian enam laskar FPI di KM 50 pelaku didakwa Pasal 338 KUHP, dituntut pidana penjara enam tahun dan berakhir Putusan Bebas. Menurut hemat penulis penerapan KUHP dalam memidana perbuatan Unlawful Killing tidak tepat karena Unlawful Killing masuk kategori Pelanggaran HAM yang pelakunya merupakan aparat negara. Perlu dibuat aturan khusus bermaksud untuk menghukum aparat negara yang melanggar HAM.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan pendekatan dari perspektif pembangunan berbasis masyarakat untuk mengubah knowledge, attitude dan practice. Langkah pertama dalam proses pemberdayaan adalah penyadaran, antara lain melalui penyuluhan. Pemberdayaan TKI/TKW Purna dan keluarganya adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan TKI/TKW Purna dan keluarganya, sehingga permasalahan-permasalahan yang sering timbul pada TKI/TKW purna berupa menganggur, konsumtif, kehilangan aset, dan kembali bekerja ke luar negeri dapat diatasi.

Abstract

Developing a productive waqf management model as an alternative source of income is a strategic need for Islamic higher education in Indonesia, especially amidst the increasing need for sustainable financing. However, waqf management in educational institutions still faces various problems, such as low literacy in productive waqf, suboptimal asset utilization, limited human resources, and weak public trust due to transparency and accountability issues. This study aims to analyze the management of productive waqf and formulate a development model in Islamic higher education. The study used a qualitative evaluative approach through field studies at the Waqf Board of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and STF UIN Jakarta. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using data triangulation, SWOT, IFAS, and EFAS. The results indicate that both institutions are in Quadrant I, making an aggressive growth strategy a relevant approach. The novelty of this study lies in the productive waqf management model that integrates waqf literacy, professionalization of governance, asset optimization, institutional collaboration, and continuous evaluation as the basis for the financial independence of Islamic higher education. This model can be adapted by Islamic universities according to their institutional character, asset potential, social networks, and management capacity in a contextual and sustainable manner.
