Abstract

Penggunaan e-elearning berbasis app lesson pada mahasiswa menjadi salah satu solusi pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Permasalahan muncul akibat adanya pemanfaatan e-learning ini, apakah pemanfatan e-learning ini efekif bagi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta dan membawa dampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran, maka perlu dilakukannya suatu evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning dimasa pandemi covid-19, dan dampak pemanfatan e-learning terhadap proses pembelajaran serta mengetahui strategi apa yang harus digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam menggunakan e-learning dimasa pandemi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kasual melalui pengukuran EUCS (End User Computing Satisfacton) dengan variable indikator isi (content), akurasi (accurasy) , format, kemudahan (easy of use) dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness) . Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner melalui gogle form. Metode exploratif dengan pendekatan deskriptif merupakan metode dari analisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini akan menunjukkan evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning berbasis app lesson pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

Abstract

This research was aimed in increasing students` speaking skill by using Hallo Application based on android smartphone which the students able to use it everywhere. The research used pre-experimental design which used one group pre-test and post-test. The research was planned by using of hallo application as instrument and learning support. In implementation, the researcher made planning, treatment, evaluating and reflecting in every meeting.  The result of this research from paired sample test showed the result of the analytical comparisons using t-test. The output shows the average before and after the test (-20,900), standard deviation (4,773), mean standard error (0,871). The bottom difference (-22.682), while the top difference (-19,117). The result of the t test = (-23,983) with a df of 29 and a significance of 0,000. Mean score were higher after teaching using Hallo Application. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In conclusion, the use of Hallo Application is an effective strategy that will use to teach class XI of Senior High School Students.

Abstract

Suropati MSME is a frozen chicken abacus producer in Pasuruan Regency. More and more competitors require compani to improve the quality of their products as a step to prevent consumers from moving to competing products. Quality problems have not been fully implemented by Suropati MSME as seen from the large number of defective products. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause product defects and provide suggestions for improvements that are in accordance with the conditions of MSME so as to achieve zero defects. The method used is six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The sigma value obtained is 2.821 while the % final yield is 81.358%. The contributing factors are man (33.33%), machine/equipment (16.67%), method (33.33%), and environment (16.67%). The proposed improvements given are additional employees, the use of alarms, the use of production equipment according to production capacity, and temporary closure of the selling place.
